The rooms are being comfortable very clean and accommodating

I came in contact with the morning afternoon and the graveyard shift and each young lady had a bit of an altitude that I did not care for and the fact that I work in the service industry makes it that much worse I truly believe in treating everyone with kindness and politeness because you never know who you're speaking to and you never know what people are going through the type of day they had and why they are visiting your establishment to begin with

the queen suite was good - the beds were comfortable. The breakfast we good and the coffee was hot!!!

We arrived later in the evening and the woman working the desk gave us the wrong room number - not our room at all and when i went down to figure out the issue she explained that she "was tired" and read the number wrong and said "thank goodness nobody else was in that room - i booked you in the correct room and gave you the wrong keys".... so we needed to switch rooms and hope she didnt give our room keys to anyone else that night. Not a great way to start the night!

It was a clean, modern room. The bed was comfortable. There were eggs and sausage for what I thought was cold breakfast. It was close to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly.

It didn’t seem possible to adjust the heat in my room. Pushing buttons on the control panel did nothing. It wasn’t a big deal, so I decided not to bother the front desk about it.

Outstanding facility and rooms, good WiFi, great room size. All facilities are well above average for the price.

Breakfast was very limited and poorly monitored with products running out and not being refilled in a timely order. Service staff was non existent. Checked into room with no hand towels and no washcloths. Called front desk and operator 6 times before my call was answered and I was then put on hold for 10 minutes. Was told there was no one that could help me with my needs until the following morning. Absolutely unacceptable!

Quiet area, clean hotel, nice staff

Fruits. That is not a deal breaker for me but the oranges were from 1977 (the hotels should stop serving oranges "or" supply a real knife. I don't know how do they expect us to peel them with plastic knives. The apples were such waxed that we could not remove the wax no matter what.

The hotel was very nice and clean! The room was hug with a firm and very comfortable bed.. and the best thing was the walk in shower!

The toliet wasn't always the best at flushing but it never backed up and the sink was a little slow to drain but it wasnt bad by any means!

My room and hotel were very clean, and the staff from the minute I walk in with a very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t of asked for more. Location was great and easy to get to, and very conveniently located to the activity that I was in town for.

Nothing that I can think of, I was happy with everything.

Staff promptly addressed concerns of loud neighbors

Orange juice watered down tasted. Large group of kids had rooms all around us , were loud . Complained to staff at desk n was taken care of promptly. We appreciated that very much!

Location and friendly/professional staff

That my room wasn’t cleaned EACH morning even after I asked the cleaning staff to clean. We returned to the room on Saturday AND Sunday and needed cleaning services. We stayed from Friday night until Monday morning. Each day we had to request fresh towels and our bed was not made!

The General Manager and front desk clerk were awesome! When we arrived it was around 6:00 AM. I had booked our room to check in the day before, but I hadn't called the property let them know that we'd be checking in late so they thought we weren't going to show. We were initially told that they were fully booked and, due to our no show the day before, our room was no longer available. To my surprise, the front desk clerk had actually reserved our room for us just in case we showed up. We were so grateful!
