The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful, with sausage, bacon, cheese eggs, regular eggs, grits oatmeal, diced fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, waffle station, potatoes. Pastries, muffins biscuits, and more, Yum yum yum! A kind server...I binged! Cause diet what! Who? It was a wonderful start to my day. rooms were clean, nice in appearance and cozy. I had the King room. Staff answered any questions or concerns, it was an easy check in, check out. I was happy with my stay.

There was no transparency when booking, about the 50 dollar per day fee. (Refundable if there are no damages, which was a sigh of relief, so I was a bit taken aback, but got over it and enjoyed my stay) I thought all fees were included in the booking. So just budget the hold on your money, you may not get it back until 5 days or so after check out. It's important to have 3rd party company's make guest aware of additional fees so they are not blindsided, in big print too, (not just small or non transparent at all) luckily, I had the extra, it did not hurt me financially, but it can hurt others if they are on a budget. Just out of consideration and kindness towards your guest, so they can make the best decision for themselves when booking. Other than that, wonderful, wonderful stay.

Very good location, nice and pleasant staff. Got a King suit with external terrace, lovely ! Very good bed, shower and amenities. Indoor fitness and pool, good restaurant (Fire Iron).

During check in was asked about room cleaning frequency (this is great !), we set one day/yes, one no, but it did not happened the way we set. During 6 days stay, cleaning occur day 4 and 5 only. No shower gel since day one, and no re-filing during cleaning days. Had to ask a soap bar at front desk.

the best part of my stay at the Marriott was this one Particular staff member, her name is ALEX! I’m really going through something in my life right now & when I tell you this lady went OVER & BEYOND to make sure I was good I can’t express how much of a true blessing she is & more than that she was so genuine! thank you again so much Alex you will never understand how much you help me without even realizing it! absolutely amazing

after the way the staff member Alex took care of me, I can’t really complain about anything!

Staff seemed approachable and amicable. Room's A/C unit (my golden standard) kept it nice and cool. Bed was comfortable for my tastes and the interior decor (very modern) tasteful.

Their finance system operates unusually. Extending our stay by two days did some weird things to my account. The balance eventually evened out to exactly the cost of 5 nights, but there was a point where like half was returned, the other half deducated, then two days plus another security deposit pulled out, etc. It was odd. Thankfully there was a finance professional in their back office that could come out and explain the unusual operation of their system.

The staff was fantastic- friendly, informative and helpful. The mattress was SUPER comfortable. The HVAC unit kept the room warm.

We had a little trouble getting used to the luxury vinyl tile flooring in the room because we have been more used to carpet. It did make the room seem cleaner, though because you knew that the floors are easier to clean.

Bedroom. Swimming pool. The Bar in the lounge was super fun our bartender was super Friendly

We was told free breakfast online reservations and because you guys ratio we was there be no breakfast trust me this place was super fill by morning we were disappointed

Almost everything. The location was perfect for us; the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional; and the room was very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

I made a special request that went unfulfilled. I have food allergy issues and bring my own food to refrigerate and warm up. I requested a microwave and mini-fridge. I was told a refrigerator was in the room, but the only microwave was in the lobby. During a pandemic, expecting people who really need a microwave to use the “community” one in the lobby is wrong. That person is undoubtedly high risk and needs it to be in the room. A hotel of this caliber should’ve been able to fulfill my request.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The hotel was nice. Some of the outlets did not work. One day the elevator did not work for awhile but it was addressed I was told. I checked out that day. Overall, it was very nice. I would recommend the hotel.

The bed was very comfy. The tea and coffee were nice to have in the room.

Would have been nice to have at least two regular coffee packets and more sweetners for the coffee.

Everything was great. Loved that the room was carpetless! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The only gripes I had with my stay were the fact that the room/floor smelled like smoke, I could easily see stains on the underside of the pillows/pillow covers and there were some nasty looking stains dripping down from lower walls toward the floor between the bed and the bathroom and also by the desk/tv area.
