Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport

The staff was the best part of the stay. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Especially Shaniya. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to a nice mall so very convenient. There is also a Starbucks around the corner as well. I felt like I was well taken care of! Thank you!

We planned a spur of the moment trip. I’m SO happy we chose this hotel! The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I called the day before to get connecting rooms and spoke with Asia, who was so helpful and friendly! The hotel was connected to old Chicago which was so convenient for dinner. The pool, hot tub, and water slide were a huge hit for our kiddos as well! The rooms were spacious. The beds were so cozy and I loved being able to stream our Netflix straight on the tv for kiddo shows! Overall, an amazing experience. We absolutely will be back!

The front morning staff was amazing. Very helpful. The girls were great with my autism daughter. We will be coming back because of them..

The slide and hot tub weren't working. I didn't know since I booked online and it wasn't noted. We drove almost 2 hrs to the hotel.

The room was perfect, great staff and tremendous pool area.

No morning breakfast provided. They do have a Starbucks, but I am not a fan of their coffee, and the blueberry muffins in the display case were nothing like the two mini muffins I received.

Everything pool was great the slide should be monitored closely it is dangerous for the older kids to go down together.

I didnt like that we had to request more towels because only 2 were provided and we had 4 guests in my room. I can never find the towels by the pool. There was no one by the front desk at check out and I needed help.

We liked the look of the hotel. It was nice and clean when we walked in. The restaurant had really good food so that was a plus. Our room was pretty good. It was a nice size with a king size bed.

The room could’ve been a little bigger. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room. Also, the room phone wasn’t hooked up so we couldn’t call for room service or anything.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I booked the hotels a few months ago based on the fact it had a waterslide, only to show up the day they were removing it.

Staff at front desk was excellent. All four on weekend were super friendly and helpfull. Beds were great. Bathroom clean.

Only thing in room was coffee pots...so not much.

I liked being able to get away from home. I needed a quiet night away and the property delivered. The bathroom, which is huge for me, was amazing. The shower was great.

The bed was a little bit hard and there were a few little holes in the curtains. I also wasn't able to set up my roku with the TV, which was fine except the cable kind of glitched a few times.

disappointed the hot tub was out of order. it was hard to get a towel. They also charged an addition $50 for each room without saying anything until you were literally checking in.
