Days Inn by Wyndham Pentwater

It was in a good location, and the room design was fantastic (self-contained bathroom, with an additional sink/mirror placed in a way to allow for privacy). The breakfast was standard continental fare that was well laid out, and the facility was clean, and the front desk service fantastic.

Sadly, the room smelled of Pot vape, and the Cable wasn't working for the television - as it was late at the time we tried to turn it on, we decided to just sleep, and not make a service call. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, but the water itself is treated and has that slimy 'never rinses off' feeling. All in all, considering how much it cost, I was extremely disappointed with the smell, and not having TV service.

The staff were very friendly and were always available to help with any questions. The room had every amenity to ensure a very comfortable stay. Towels were replaced every morning, and the room was cleaned. The breakfast had an excellent selection as well as a waffle maker. We will definitely be a customer the next time we are in Pentwater.

My only complaint is the bathtub/shower was quite slippery and there are no grab bars to hold on to! I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she did not seem too concerned. This is a safety issue and I certainly hope that they will look into it before someone ends up falling...

The staff was very friendly. I have an issue walking and ride a mobility scooter. They opened doors for me and helped me. The breakfast was great. They put a grab bar and mat in the bath/shower so I could easily get in and out.

The breakfast was not very good. No eggs, no meat, no real oatmeal, the pastries were all store bought cellophane wrapped things. But the rooms were fine and the staff was very helpful. Hot tub was nice. Fire alarm went off several times this morning!

The hotel was clean and staff was responsive to our needs. Breakfast was a plus. It was nice to have the option of going to the pool.

Breakfast was always the same, not much choice and, for three days that we were there, not consistently restocked or open for the entire time specified. There were slim pickings even an hour before it was to close. The beds were uncomfortable. We have bad backs and there was no give...I wish we had a choice of bed firmness as you do size of bed. The bath was dangerous...there was nowhere to hold onto getting in and out of the tub. The room was clean, but I noticed a couple of insects in the bathroom, which I think were probably due to the room being beside the center water feature in the hotel.

The staff is friendly, facilities are clean, the pool is nice & warm, the hot tub is so hot its perfect! Our room was clean, they have a waffle machine along with typical light breakfast options. Location is awesome, close to beaches, attractions, and close enough to silver lake. Pentwater Beach is nearby, its perfect for the family & to view sunsets.

Wifi isn't very strong.

The breakfast was very good. I did not rally care for the eggs but loved the biscuits and gravy on Sunday. The pool and hot tube were excellent. The rooms were clean and there was amble parking.

I would have liked adjourning rooms, but we were given rooms side by side.

Like the proximity to Ludington beaches and Silver Lake Dunes. Stayed 2 nights comfortably. Pool looked nice we did not swim. Breakfast adequate with self serve waffles iron, oats and cereals, bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Good coffee. Shower head nice water pressure. Newly renovated. A nice pond outside and inside water fall. Nice touch.

I found some “issues” in the breakfast area, there isn’t a hand sanitizer, everybody was touching everything with their dirty hands, we're still in Covid time. Also, I found nonpractical the syrup dispenser, you should have small cups to fill in or another kind of dispenser, it was a mess even for the workers, they have to clean all that syrup over the counter.
