Hampton Inn Biloxi-Ocean Springs

the breakfast was so so... not the best or worst we have had traveling.. what really sells this location is the staff.. any question asked was answered and all were very nice and polite. always saying hello and ready to help with anything..

Only thing I can think of was not getting a ground floor room as we were traveling with my 87 year old Mom and didn't want her to have to walk too far to get in and out of the motel..

It was a good location and staff were nice.

The hotel had a smell and was not very clean. The pool was disgusting. We stayed 4 nights and each day they said they were going to clean it but each day they barely passed the vacuum. The walls were full of algae and never was touched. It wasn’t til our fourth day there that they shut the pool down for maintenance.

I loved the breakfast. It was awesome. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the Ocean Spring beach and the casinos. When my air went out in my room, the staff immediately moved me so I wouldn't be hot and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and check in was swift. I will definitely stay here again. My room had a musty smell to it.

The room was spacious, the bed & the pillows were comfortable. I went to the pool and it was very clean! It was a hot breakfast with omelets, sausage gravy, potatoes, & sausage! There was plenty even close to 10:00 and I appreciate the fact that breakfast was to 10:00 and not just to 9:00!

I have no complaints!

It was a very last minute stay. My mom was admitted into the Hospital and I needed somewhere safe to stay the night. Upon arrival ANYA was very polite, helpful and the check-in process was very easy. It had been a long day, I was very tired and a little all over the place and she offered me bottled water, and she pulls out 2 bottles of water tucked nicely in a little bag. I truly appreciated the offer and that water was much needed. The facilities was well lit, and clean. The complimentary breakfast even under the COVID guidelines was good and greatly appreciated. I thought that the price for a one night stay was a bit pricey, especially during a week day. If ever in the Ocean Springs area and in need of a hotel for a night or two, I’d definitely consider Hampton in and stay at this location again.

Honestly for a 1 night, weekday stay, the rate was kind of pricey to me. I would have more than likely stayed longer, if the rates had been just a little more reasonable.

everything went well the only thing that put black eye on deal was third party booking informed that i had room /rooms with 4 beds. upon arrival they had me for room with 2 beds. the hotel informed they were booked. But was able to get additional room for a price, Larger with one king and queen beds. clerks informed there was nothing they could do about third party bookings the only other problem was breakfast was cold, eggs and grits are bad when cold.

friendly employee's and willing to assist where they could. rooms were nice ,clean and comfortable. employee's knowledgeable about the area and how to get where we wanted to go.

My husband and I thought the breakfast was the best we have had for complementary breakfast. There was a nice spread every morning! It stayed replenished, there were many options and very clean. Also, the staff were the friendliest that we have encountered at a hotel stay. All the staff (the front desk, maintenance, custodial, breakfast workers). Everyone was helpful and extremely friendly! Thanks for a nice stay!

Near I10 for when we get ready to leave after cruising the coast also the hotel has a ready great breakfast .

The hotel only provided towels for 1 stay in the room and we booked from Thursday thur Sunday, we had to ask for more. Just me saying it would have been nice to have it in the bathroom already.

clean hotel, lobby and room. First time staying there and was impressed. It was under renovations so traveling down to the lobby to get ice was no big deal

hot water provided for the shower/bath was not hot enough. Water pressure was really low, otherwise the stay was good.

Breakfast was great. Location was not on main drag of Biloxi, I had to ask for directions at visitor center.

When I got my credit card statement , I discovered I had been charged twice for my room. Once by Booking .com and once by Hampton Inn. When I called Hampton they were helpful.
