Comfort Inn Horn Lake - Southaven

We loved the breakfast, and the staff was excellent.

We walked into the room, and our floor was so slick in the entryway and bathroom we almost fell. The night clerk gave us a couple of towels. Due to us checking in after housekeeping had left, it was 9 at night. This morning, we showed housekeeping our floors. The entry was fine, but the bathroom was still slick. We've been used to a larger vanity, and these vanity were small we barely had room for our stuff on top.

The quietness and cleanliness of the hotel!!! Also I was so pleased that the water at the facility was hot as hot can get, after a long days work it was jus wat I needed.

The front desk staff greeted me and that's it. She wasnt very informative on time of check out or breakfast. She spoke to me and checked me in and gave me my room key and dat was it.

The night attendant was always too busy on the phone to greet us in our coming and going! the TV was not plugged in ! When we arrived the afternoon desk person was very busy with correcting the cleaning staff about standing around doing nothing but on the phone and the cleaning staff was verbalizing their points at the front desk ! This was not friendly reception! When we got in our room a wonderful Spanish cleaning lady came in and changed the sheets on our bed as to maybe someone didn’t change them just put the cover spread on ! Humm! Staying here may not be the best !

I got injured not on the property somewhere else and the women at the front desk couldn’t be nicer, got be food cause I was alone, made an ice bag and gave me bandaids, couldn’t be more helpful.

I like the comfort of the bed and it was clean. It was roomy and quiet.

The breakfast could have been better eggs under cooked and no season and the sausages were very salty not good for diabetics. And there was mold over the tub .

Would have appreciated full breakfast with warm items along with the take and go items. Several of the hotels we have stayed in recently and gone back to the full breakfast. The location was well lite at night, but the location was at the end of the street with nothing else near it other than the back side of Home Depot which closed at 9 pm.

Loved it. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was awesome. I’m a diabetic and had an episode in the middle of the morning and the young lady gave me juice and fruit to bring glucose back to normal. She talked with me until I got it together. It’s also in an excellent location.

I like everything about it.

I loved the somewhat secluded location... kind of away from everything but right there. I enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the room microwave was extremely small to pop popcorn in.😒 Oh and I assumed there was some renovating going on when I arrived and just as I was getting ready to take a nap, they came by to work on my door.🤦🏽‍♀️🛠️
