having to pay $50.00 deposit when I checked in and I have to wait for them to deposit it back into my account after I check out. Haven't received it yet.

nice,clean,and convenient

STAFF friendly and efficient. Eager to help. Outside pool. GREAT breakfast...I expected a cold bar but the selection was a good variety of hot and cold. Lots of fruit. The room was immaculate, clean and smelled fresh. I liked the TV available in the living room and BR. I also like the full size fridge. The price can't be beat. I used to stay at Drury but I will stay here from now on.

Shower water pressure wasn't very strong. The pool was nice but I had to clean it out with the net. It took a few laps. A floor lamp or table lamp in living room would be nice for nighttime lounging. The lighting you have is wonderful for daytime... too much for evening.

Area was nice, hotel was nice and clean.

It was a business trip, but it wouldn't allow me to book the 8 rooms under 1 name. Hence I don't get credit for it even though I paid for the rooms. But the worst part is that they OVER charged me. I had 8 rooms and they charged me for 16 on my debit card and another 3 charges on my credit card plus deposits. After I noticed what was going on I tried calling them and for an ENTIRE DAY no one answered the phone at the front desk. Still waiting to talk to someone. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel chain again if I have to pay. And I'm warning everyone and telling them of my fishy/fraudulent experience.

Room was small, but very clean and modern, nice TV with a bunch of channels, bed was nice, and loved the large walk in shower

Parking was slim, elevator was very slow, and actually broke down the next morning, and people hanging around the hotel that were not guest, and a $50 hold was added on my card, and it was not listed on their details of charges up front

The property was well maintained! You could tell that the management team ran a tight ship! Very quiet condescending it is right against the on ramp for the highway.

The only negative I have is! The shower stall in room 106 (handicap) has an issue with the water running out towards the toilet. which make this very slippery in front of the toilet area. I sure I’m not the first to report this to management.

I liked the comfortable clean rooms, I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was so great.

I didn't like that some people were partying on the grounds. And ma. Used the restroom outside around the building.

Front desk was great when. Checked in. Housekeepers we’re good. Breastfast was not friendly food for me. Parking was good. Location was great for the types of food I ate.

Smoke detector in the room. Bathroom door couldn’t be closed all the way. Back door let me didn’t work for the door. Had to walk back to front in 95 degree temps was a little hot.

We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast that was served. We were thankful for the staff being so friendly and professional.

We didn't like the shower because it was slightly too small. Also in the shower the shampoo and body wash containers were hard to squeeze.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice and cozy. The staff Brandy that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean upon arrival especially the lobby area.

The bedding had a loud sour smell to it.

So far they have over charged me by 50 dollars.My total should have been 168.78. I have a charge for $80 and a charge for $138.78. If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days I will contact my bank.
