Comfort Inn Airport

The room was quiet and very comfortable. Ignore the hallways, rooms are much cleaner. Beds and pillows were nice. Parking lot is gated.

The location wasn’t that great. It was quiet but found out there was a murder 3 minutes down the road, the same night we stayed. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very friendly. Accidentally gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned/someone else’s things were left in the room. She did give me a different room immediately after bringing it to her attention. Not sure when it happened but I woke up to a bug bite on my wrist, don’t know what it could have been or of it even happened while sleeping. There is a $100 incidental fee they don’t tell you about on here.

Room was clean but the plug for my computer did not work. Told the night clerk and she came up but was not able to help. She wasn't sure she could get us a new room, which made me a little frustrated. However, she followed through and got us another room. I had found another plug in which worked. Didn't want to get all our stuff and move. So I kindly refused the new room. I owe the clerk an apology for not being polite. The young women doing the breakfast was extremely personable and sweet. Did a great job on the breakfast.

The back door to get to our room isn’t open after a certain time. So if the parking lot is full at the front you hv to park in the back an walk around the front.

Bed very comfortable, with Kurig coffee, small frig & microwave.

Didn't like seeing bathroom sink the moment you open room door. AC made a strange noise. Frig froze our drinks. Wall lamp by 2nd bed was missing. Could not turn light off or on while laying in bed. Must stand up and reach way up. Bathroom was spotless but tub was slippery

everything was ok. you get what you pay for. staff was not very friendly. they were not mean, just no extra. usually, hotels are excited to welcome you. both checking in and out, i felt like the staff just wanted to get me on my way. i did not get to enjoy your breakfast, but was glad it was an option.

i didnt like that there was no pool. and again the staff wasnt very nice or inviting.

Very clean room but the vending machine gave me a orange soda not a bottle water. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Some of lobby chairs were extremely low to the ground but comfortable.

More than one trash can in the room. The key card sucks - they were possessed work sometimes therefore I had walk to the front of the building from the parking lot. Please get 20th century curtains in each room and the hall way. There were no way to open the curtains and get dressed in the room. Where was the sheer curtains? The vending machine gave me a orange soda not a bottle water I requested.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The location was close to Graceland. It was close to a Mexican restaurant.

It was not handicap accessible. A walk in shower is easier for bad knees. There was only one handle. A second handle would be better. The tub was slipper perhaps non slip flooring in tub.

The breakfast was a continental one. Pastry and yogurt and fruit...Coffee and juices available all day. All as advertised. Friendly staff.

Had to replace the coffee machine in-room.....maid service was good. Need vacuuming of hall carpets. If you need additional towels, get them before 8:30 PM when maid staff goes off duty. Smallest bathroom in any of the Comfort hotels we have stayed. Elevator should be checked.

We didn't have a hot breakfast

Never got up early to go enjoy the breakfast, but it was nice they had paper bags made up with a water and breakfast muffin to go. The beds were very comfortable, and we had lots of pillows. I don’t think any hotel is perfect because of the carpet. I dislike carpet in hotels! Otherwise it was clean. Served our needs fine.
