Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown

The valet’s were very friendly and professional! The lady at the front desk was very kind. The breakfast area was convenient and the food was delicious! The room was clean and the floor I stayed on was quiet.

The pool area was closed and my husband and I didn’t get to swim during our stay. During check-in , I wasn’t made aware of it and my husband and I got dressed to swim and walked to the pool area and discovered it was under construction. The swimming pool was one of the amenities we were excited about. I wish someone had told me the pool would be closed upon arrival!

Great customer service and the room was comfy and clean

I wasn’t aware of the parking and it’s crazy they don’t do free breakfast with the prices of the rooms being high and the neighborhood is very poor. They also didn’t have any more big towel and the sitting fee is ridiculous. We had to pay 50 dollars for each night we stayed there! With that area things shouldn’t be that high and difficult! With all that being said, I enjoyed my bday weekend 🥰🎉🎂🎁

Service was great. I booked a King room originally but it was not going to be available for another 20 minutes and we needed to get ready for dinner so we were upgraded to a queen suite which was perfect for us. Valet parking attendants were awesome. When we got there he asked if we would be going to dinner that evening. We told him in about 30-45 minutes and he left our vehicle right in front so we didn't have to wait when we came down. Its the little things that make service great!

The hotel was perfect not much open around it though.

The room was great.... the hotel itself was wonderful..

I didn't eat breakfast because I was unclear as to what was available for me, and what I had to pay for. I didn't know the price I paid for my room didn't include everything... the pool was freezing cold indoors... and when I decided to give it a shot, it was filled with children and they destroyed the work out room too.. I just thought maybe someone would be on standby for that?

The staff was friendly and helpful. The freshly prepared breakfast was delicious. The downtown location suits my travel needs.

The hotel put so many pending charges on my credit card that the card company put my card on hold. I was on the phone for 90 minutes until the card company found a solution to the problem....I had to make a 1200.00 payment so they'd release my card for use again. The hotel itself couldn't or wouldn't release the multiple pending charges. The hotel charged me more for my staying than was quoted by booking.xom. I was charged for breakfast even though the reservation conformation said that breakfast was included. What a mess!!

The breakfast looked good but was expensive. 12 dollars for my little girl to eat. No kids menu or pricing was available..but it all looked nice. The staff was all great, but James but very pleasant to deal with. The nicest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel..

The valet parking being the only option was a little disappointing. Didnt accommodate me with a bigger truck and truck. Otherwise the only other complaint I have is the hot tub jets didnt work but it was hot and relaxing.

The front desk was very nice and knowledgeable friendly and patients with all the customers that was checking in. And VALET was great with parking and was great going to get the car...

We checked in Wednesday Friday we woke up with dark brown water coming out of all the faucets... couldn't take a bath or run the water to brush out teeth. Didn't know if it was safe to use it.and that happened the rest of the time..

Lobby was amazing. Love the bistro right off the lobby.

Bistro was cute but the food could have been better. Was confused about the flow of the Bistro. No one really available to tell you to be seated and someone will come to your table. Ice machine was out on our floor but there wasn't any signage indicating this.

Everything form Valet, check in even though a wait it was done professionally and with great care for all waiting. The bartender (Pleasant young lady) Saturday Night was fun and willing to share information and the history about the hotel and Jackson. We enjoyed 3 diners as well - the Catfish was great I would recommend a stay as well I plan to return soon!

Not enough time... one day/one night was not enough.

Room was great. Exception; the pillows and bed look as thou someone laid on bed and pillows after bed was made.

The day it check in , the worker was had the tub and hot tube taped off. He stated that both should be working in about 1 hour. The next morning at7am we went to enjoy the hottub. The hottub water was warm ,but the jets were not working. There were no towels out no where in the pool or gym center. We did inform the front desk about the lack of towel and hot tub.
