Having a tile floor in the pet-friendly room was much better than carpet.

The $25 fee per dog was unexpected

They accept pets. My request for a bottom floor was accepted. Rooms are clean, with microwave, mini fridge, and HBO cable. Good wifi. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Very happy with overall cleanliness. The staff on my 2nd stay within a week were very helpful and accommodating. I will be back for sure when travelling through Jackson.

Well, they closed the breakfast early, so there wasn't any. No coffee either. Not a big deal for me. They have coffee makers in the rooms. Some of the fixtures in the rooms are in need of replacement. My shower rod had duct tape holding it to the wall. But this was purely cosmetic. One big issue for me, they don't enforce the mask requirement they state on the doors to the lobby. The woman who works the breakfast area doesn't wear any mask or gloves. I wouldn't eat in there as she or none of the guests wore a mask when taking food from the buffet. Don't put up a sign saying masks are required if you don't enforce it! There where many workers in the lobby, none of them wearing masks.

We brought our dog and stayed on the first floor which was tiled with no carpet. The room had no signs that other dogs have stayed there. No smells or wear and tear. The room was nice with pretty basic furnishings. It did have a pretty view of a large pond through the window.

The vending machines and ice maker are located near the rooms on the first floor. Even though we were several rooms down, we could hear people using them until about midnight. The bathtub is super slippery. I worry about elderly people being able to safely use the tub.

Location was great just off the interstate. The place was VERY clean. The room and the bathroom was VERY clean. Nice size room and spacious bathroom.

Can't rate the breakfast. It was supposed to be open for breakfast at 7am. Went to get breakfast at 6:55am and the girl forgot to get breakfast started so it was not going to be ready for 15 or so more minutes. Someone wasn't doing their job :( Left to get breakfast elsewhere.

The way we were treated was exceptional. We did have a slight issue which Christina and Manager handled promptly.

There wasn’t anything about this property that my husband or I didn’t like. I absolutely Love this establishment.

The hotel is in a great location. The outlets are nearby, countless restaurants, and the lake in the back is beautiful. The staff were super friendly. It’s like we had known them for years. Not to mention the staff does a fantastic job or keeping the hotel clean. They are overall amazing. Highly recommend

The breakfast was in a bag due to Covid -19. The food choice was appropriate for the situation. We did have a small dog and another rate was charged to our bill. Please add this information and make it visible to the booking site for a pet charge.

For pet friendly we did not notice a particular pet area.

They overcharged me for having a pet! My dog is a registered ESA and they insisted I pay $25.00. Other motels charged $20.00 or waived the fee because she was registered ESA! I reported them to the state of Mississippi Attorney Generals. Office.

Staff was phenomenal. Friendly and helpful. I needed an airport shuttle at an ungodly hour in the morning and they made sure it was arranged. Appreciated that.

I don't believe the tv was working. I typically don't watch tv I wanted it for the noise. I forgot to let the front desk know when checking out.

The sack breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was very clean which I appreciated very much. We had a view of the lake, which was very nice. Checking in was easy and efficient. The parking lot could use some renovations and resurfacing. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it to friends.

The parking lot needs a lot of repairs.
