Comfort Inn Moss Point Pascagoula

The woman working at the front desk was a delight - personable and so helpful. I wish I could remember her name to thank her properly. The woman working in the kitchen was also kind. Even though most hotels serve the same waffle mix for breakfast, for some reason, I found the waffles here to be particularly tasty! The room was fine, nothing special, nothing memorable. I'm writing this a week after my stay, and I can barely remember it, for better or worse.

The smell outside. The staff explained that there is a nearby plant that processes seafood leftovers into supplements and other products. While I'm glad that no parts of the animal are being wasted, WHEW, the smell of fermenting seafood leftovers sure carries a ways. Couldn't smell it inside, thankfully, and it was gone the next morning, but it meant I chose to get takeout and eat in my room to hide from the smell. Not the hotel's fault at all, just something to know if you're passing through.

The first thing we saw when we walked in the room were big stains on the rug, which was disturbing! We wanted to change rooms but there were none available that same night we arrived. However, the next day we spoke to the manager and was offered another room but it was on an upper floor (our current room was conveniently located on the first floor and accessible to the parking lot) so we decided to just deal with it. I just feel the rooms should be checked thoroughly for cleanliness and such damages to each rooms before renting them out.

The staff was rather rude, when checking in asked the clerk about breakfast, she said they had breakfast things, didn’t elaborate what they had. Morning clerk had nothing set up for breakfast, said the cook was running late. Yes, I understand there was a bad storm that passed through, but the morning clerk could have put out cereal or make coffee.

Large room..plenty of bath towels..very clean room..friendly staff..refrigerator..tv..microwave..ac..all well known name brands..not the cheap stuff..comfortable large bed..plenty of pillows..breakfast..hair dryer..coffee..location..price..next door to cracker barrel..

The shower made a a strange squeal sound when the water was running..room was next to the elevator entrance..one of the lamps next to the bed kept flickering and turning off..

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was an unexpected surprise and a perfect way to start the day.

Parent or child caretaker should not allow young children to fix their own breakfast plate. I observed children using their hands to get their food and deciding they do not want it. Taking the food off the plate with their hands and putting it back in the food holder.

The staff was amazing! Every single person from the front desk, maintenance, cooks, every was amazing! I really couldn't ask for nicer people. I felt very welcomed, and they were even super nice to my very active children. Thank you all! I really appreciate how kind and helpful you all were!

Rugs down hallway need to be changed, very dirty. Upon leaving, I drop my little ice chest, spilling water and ice, my wife asked for a mop to clean up, no cleaning personnel showed up, so my wife came out help me load up. When we went back in, the cleaning lady was so rude, thinking we had left, but we hadn’t, she had a very rude mouth because she had to clean up, we offered but nobody showed up, she was too busy stuffing her mouth with breakfast saying we should have cleaned. I’m sorry, but that’s the cleaning lady’s job. I will never go back to stay there and will let me my friends know .

It started rough but the staff was truly fabulous and they made sure that my daughter and I felt welcomed. The general manager was extremely positive and polite very accommodating and wonderful.

The issue was corrected and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay go well. A couple things… the toilet has issues flushing, the bathroom tub needs a more thorough cleaning and the pool could use a new paint job as the interior paint was peeling. Very easy and fixable items but the hotel was very clean and very respectful and extremely affordable!

The property is well-maintained and attractive. the staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable w table space to work, play games, etc. as well as sleep. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, meat, oatmeal and cereals, pastries, bagels, muffins, yogurt and an assortment of drinks and hot tea and coffee. A breakfast attendant is continuously refilling and caring for the area.

The only thing I would add is more fresh fruit and fruit variety on the breakfast bar.

They breakfast was wonderful and the beds where very comfortable. The check in person was very nice and answered all my questions without me asking them. The hotel was clean and the pool as well.

Everything was great they only thing I did not like was that I did not book with this hotel before I booked somewhere else for two days before checking in to this hotel.
