Best Western Plus Cypress Creek

The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very courteous.

When I got off the elevator an old moldy smoky smell hit me in the face. I smelled it all the way to my room. When I opened the door to my room it smelled the same way. I had to leave and go to buy febreeze spray and plug-ins. Also, I couldn't use my Amazon Fire Stick with the tv.

Front Desk Staff- Very friendly Breakfast Attendants - Very friendly very clean several choices from oatmeal, cereal, breads, yogurt station with toppings , waffle stations, juice, and hot breakfast sausage, eggs, biscuits, and hash browns Housekeeping Staff- Very nice and attentive to your needs

Slight wetness smell in our room 212 but housekeeping kept it sprayed with odor neutralizer I think that people sneaking pets in without management knowledge contributes to some of the odors Elevators smelled amazing they work really hard to keep it clean and smelling fresh throughout the hotel😃

convenient parking, decent ‘free’ breakfast.

there were small bugs in the bathroom, I’d say about the size of a pea. not too many but enough to where I likely wouldn’t come back. also, our sink flooded with water that had weird black and brown chunks in it… still don’t know what it was but it was definitely gross.

Clean room

I booked for a king room with spa tub but I got a king room with sofa bed. My friend booked the same thing and didn’t receive the room. When she asked the worker she said they only have 1 room with the spa tub and it was booked already. I checked booking.com and it was showing on the website like you could still book king room with spa tub this was the only reason we really booked this hotel so it was kinda misleading.

What I liked about my stay was the front desk clerks accommodated me with my autistic son because I had asked for a 1st level room.. but when I got there they gave me 2nd floor.. because they said I requested 2 king beds.. but I didn't.. anyway I asked the clerks can they see if a 1st floor room was available because my son is autistic and he's very afraid of elevators.. right away the 2 clerks began looking and we was engaging into conversations and I wS accommodated with a 1st floor room.. Thanks to the 2 front clerks that day and Thanks to Best Western Plus Cypress.. It made my son who is 4yrs old pleasant..

No complaints

Missing eggs, bacon, toast and grits.

No straps or mats in the bath tub caused a slip and fall to occur with injury.

The reception was very professional, intelligent and nice. But I asked for a none smoking room it smelled like smoke but I sprayed it with my stinky spray and it cut the smile.

I liked the reception at the front desk, I had called before I made it there and she was very pleasant to speak to and when I finally got there she remembered speaking to me on the phone. I truly appreciated that.

Hotel made sure they accommodated us when we arrived in the late evening. The hotel was over booked and they only had one room available. It was an apt. They allowed me to check the room and approve it first. The room goes for 4x the price I originally paid and they waived the fee. I paid my original price with no issue.

Hotel was over booked. I was accidentally charged 2x on my credit card. They reversed the charge immediately when I called and explained.

The breakfast was really good, but my husband did not know how to work the waffle maker and some woman who works in the kitchen came in there and got an attitude with him and flipped the maker with a terrible attitude but all in all it was really good, location was great as well

The kitchen working, and the Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi would only work outside of our hotel room…

The breakfast setup was nice. The rooms were clean Thee location is convenient

The beds are not very comfortable and air filters need to be refreshed
