Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

Great location, amazing staff, very clean, incredible views. Staff gave us recommendations on where to eat and attractions to visit, they were all incredibly kind and helpful the entire stay. Pool was nice and clean as was the hot tub. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel pool that clean. View out breakfast window is very pretty. Grounds are well kept and in a safe location. We would absolutely stay again!

First room smelled like cigarette smoke, spoke with front desk and they immediately changed our room and were very kind. They apologized and moved us rooms immediately and we had no further issues!

Easy to get to & very clean. Loved the pools and hot tub being open until midnight. Breakfast area had great view and attentive staff all around. Bed and bedding and pillows all clean and comfortable.

Would be nice if it was a little further from the highway, as it interfered with the enjoyment of the lovely outdoor pool a little, but overall it was a non-issue, as didn’t notice the noise inside and the other side of the building overlooked dense trees.

The check in was great, very friendly. The room was very clean, nice amount of space, everything we were looking for for our visit.

Literally the only dislike, and even this was just a personal thing. We drove our full size pick up and the parking spaces were so short that our truck didn't fit completely in the parking space. We ended up taking up a space and about a quarter of the one behind us. I always feel bad when we have to do that, but we weren't the only one, seemed like the norm for all the pick ups in the lot.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and cool. We had bad storms while passing through and the staff made us feel very comfortable. Desk clerk even gave me a bottle of water due to the vending machine being down. Definitely worth the stay. Keep up the great work.

Vending machine on Floor 3 was not operating, would not take bills during this visit. Stuff happens. Staff was very accommodating.

I was very impressed with the entire hotel. The staff members were vary friendly. It was very clean. It smelled nice in the hallways. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor and a very deep hot tub. All were very clean. The pool stayed open until midnight. The breakfast was very good and well ran.

My only issue was the hairdryer in our room didn't seem to work, but that wasn't a big deal.

We love the nice fresh and clean breakfast station. The staff was nice. It was a good staying for our family first trip out of town.

Someone had the flu or Covid-19 or something and it was terrible. They had to shut down the whole floor and they didn’t have a lot of staff to clean it. I know one lady was complaining because she have a infant child at home and the its contagious and it’s only right

Option for indoor or outdoor swimming, it was very hot the day we arrived so it was nice to be able to swim and avoid the sun. The staff was so so nice. I didn’t take many pictures of the inside but they are as shown in their ad

I have nothing bad to say about this place it was lovely and I wished on our way back we had booked to stay there again

Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the whole family. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the hot tub was truly hot!! 😍 Breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, juice and several other things I didn't eat. Location... Walmart across the street made it convenient to get the few things I forgot. Turning right from the hotel took you to all kinds of fun stuff and shopping.

Pillows were horrible. Just went flat when you laid down. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

Room 103 had some plumbing issues with toiletry, but they moved us to another room without us even asking. Next room was upgrade & even better than next. Thank you!

Bfast to go in a sack is less than uneventful. Could definitely do a simple bfast. In current conditions could be totally done. Not a good idea to skimp on as hotel chain as others are doing... This is reason we did not give “10”. Little things make the difference...to some this is more than a little thing...

Breakfast was good. Hours available good. Keep up cleaning tables & supplies stocked.

Not sure that it was the hotel fault, but there was a food delivery at around 8:00 during breakfast and brought in thru front entrance while people were trying to check out. Parking lot situation due to truck was entraining.
