The location was close enough to everywhere I was planning to go, but far enough from some of the noiser areas of town to be nice and peaceful. This is definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to! Staff was very friendly and competent and check in/out was quick and easy!

Good location. Great value. Excellent staff. Pool was nice for my Granddaughter. Clean comfortable room. Victoria, who checked us in Saturday afternoon, was excellent. She chatted with my 9 year old granddaughter while I filled out the paperwork. She was way above helpful, kind and courteous. Then Paula checked us out Sunday morning and was very nice, helpful, and courteous also. We've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was by far the best check in/out staff we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!!!

Parking a little tight, and a big dip we bottom out on at the bottom of the parking lot. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The room was clean and spacious. We didn't have any issues. The pictures don't do it justice. It ended up being better than I thought it would be. I loved the cleanliness of the linens and the bathroom. I loved that we were able to see our cars from the window.

There wasn't much I didn't like other than location. The location for some might be perfect, but for us, we ended up doing a lot of driving once we figured out what we wanted to do each day and unfortunately the hotel wasn't always close to those things.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Nothing fancy, inexpensive, and comfortable. We just needed a weekend getaway on a budget and this met all of our expectations! Pool was clean, rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff beyond friendly! Very honestly, I figured at the price we paid, it wouldn’t be very nice. Was I surprised! We will definitely be staying here again!

It was clean The People at the were courteous and pleasant to talk mini breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and easy to get to the pool was great and clean.

Should build a deck out by the entrance door on second building so people who are smoking can sit away from the entrance door inconvenience for people who don't smoke have to walk into smoking area!

Convenient away from the main part of town but close enough that it didn’t take but 5 minutes to get there

Doors slamming now catches to slow them down so if someone checks in the middle of the night it’s all you hear is slamming close of the doors. Having a room right beside the elevator was a bit much too. When your in and people coming and going it got loud.

This place was a gem! From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and cool and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great location and easy to get where we wanted. If you are on the fence on booking this place, just book it, you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place.

The room was clean and well taken care of. The staff is super friendly!

We didn’t have maid service during our 3 night stay and didn’t know why. When we checked out, we were asked if we had requested maid service for our stay. I was unaware that we needed to request that. I wish we had known that when we checked in.

Centrally located in Lk Ozark, clean and safe. Bed was very comfortable.

It was a $35 uber ride each way to get to our venue. We had thought it was closer. Requested additional pillows for the room on arrival, and they didn't come before we left for our event. When we got back, they had never shown up. Also, it was Bike Week so the parking lot was very noisy in the early morning and our room faced right on the lot.

Well maintained, rooms were clean and well lit, A/C unit worked very well, beds were comfortable, bathroom was big enough and had plenty of towels and washcloths. Good working fridge and TV as well. A very pleasant stay.

Free WiFi did not work very well in the room. Otherwise had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
