I liked how well the room is established. It has everything you need for a couple of nights regarding dishes, fridge, and bathroom products. It is also pretty close to the zoo, where we wanted to go And, I loved that they have a shuttle. After driving for so long, I was glad and relieved to don't have to do it in a strange city.

I was not too fond of the breakfast We went at 9 am ( it ends at 10 am). The only thing they still had was waffles and toasts. I hope they had eggs earlier. The pool looked oily. We went to the pool in the end of a Saturday!

The room was big. We within 10 miles of most attractions. The breakfast was great, even options for special diets. The staff was friendly. Love the shower!!! The room was fairly quiet even though we were right by the Interstate. The kids loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay here.

It was so nice that I hate to say anything but the kitchen and bathroom floor were a bit dirty. I spilled some water and when wiped it up, the paper towel was brown.

Good Location, close to several attractions with few restaurants close by. The hotel had decent breakfast food and excellent customer service. Rooms are big and comfy with a full kitchen amenity.

Towels are not so clean, some are old and dingy. Pillows are terrible and go flat. Some of the pillows smell like sweat. Pillow cases look old with yellowish color. The water pressure in the shower was low.

It was a very comfortable room and would be a great place to stay for extended stays. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds and seating, and well stocked. The breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly. It was also in a great location!

The bathroom could be wiped down a bit more thoroughly. There were a few stray hairs that probably shouldn't be there. Other than that, it was very clean.

The staff was super friendly. The lady at the front desk helped us find a really awesome ice cream location for our family. She also let us know what areas to avoid. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.

It just needs an update. The room is getting a little dated but it’s clean. My only real complaint was the toilet flash was on top of the tank. My germaphobic brain had a hard time with that.

The hotel was close to nearby attractions. the breakfast was good; waffles, bagels, eggs, cereal, coffee an d juice. The staff were friendly, especially the staff that served breakfast.

The room availability was slim even though we booked in advance. The room was okay but the beds were super hard. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was running and the ice machine outside our door was really loud. We were moved to another room by another ice machine; it wasn’t loud but it did wake us up every time it was used. We also paid more than the quote we got on Booking.com.

New, modern. Room was large. Lots of desk space, nice furniture. Very clean.

1) Location wasn’t clear. Address provided was in Richmond Heights. That address didn’t come up on mapping software. Same address came up for 2 different places in St. Louis area. I spent half an hour finding out where it was. 2) Dishes and silverware were provided but were stored in dishwasher. No indication that they were there at all, let alone their location. 3) check in was supposed to be at 3:00. I arrived just before 3:00. Rooms weren’t ready. 4 or 5 other people and I waited in the lobby to get into the room. Staff was OK - some were really good, others so-so.

The only problem I had was when I booked through Bookings and it said my total due was $137 but when I checked out my total was $151/152 and the young lady at the desk said that it was because of the taxes. I know it's not a huge difference but just expected to pay what was on my confirmation email which I figured taxes were calculated in since it said that was the total due. Otherwise I was completely satisfied and will stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Big rooms, fantastic breakfast that changed a bit every day (good variety), comfy beds and a good-sized pool

The views are nothing special. The location was OK but not great if you don't have a car. Forest Park is a few minutes away (GREAT) but while the Botanical Garden wasn't especially far, it's tricky to get there by bus. Also, the metro isn't too far away but it turns out the metro is unfortunately not safe at this point in time :(

The breakfast was great and the staff was super kind. I enjoyed being able to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and the secure parking area was really nice. The swimming pool was open and had a grill area.

My only complaint was that the floor in the halls need to be cleaned bad. When you got off the elevator they had a strong mildew smell and they are very dirty and dark. The rooms were good overall I would stay again!
