The bed was very clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. I liked the updated bathrooms and floors, the pool was also clean and very relaxing.
I paid more specifically for a hotel with a hot tub but it was shut down and the site didn't specify that. The pillows were feathers which I'm highly allergic to so I had to sleep on my clothes piled in a ball. All the hotel staff were nice, however there was a middle aged male with glasses whom i believe he was the manager. He was extremely rude to not only guests but also his staff. I felt bad for the staff because of the way he treated them, everyone else was extremely nice. I hope the property owner is notified of the male and how he treated his co-workers.

The breakfast had a variety of choices: waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, etc. The property was right off the highway so it was easy to locate. The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast area was small, so moving about the dining area was challenging. Although it was pretty quiet in the hallways, the doors to the room slam when they close. I know it was the weekend, but the nightly rate seemed a little high.

Staff was friendly, room was very clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and they gave me the room away from the elevator as I requested.
My room wasn’t cleaned when I returned from my day out. I had to ask for towels. I am not sure if this is still a covid thing.

it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that there was a Keurig in the room. I was also very happy with the breakfast provided.
The AC in the room was loud. Loud enough that it was hard to fall asleep. There was also an alarm going off in an in occupied room across from us that drove me crazy.
