Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia at the University of Missouri

We loved how it was conveniently located and the room was very clean and up-to-date. The jacuzzi tub worked great and made for a relaxing two days. The staff was very pleasant and check in and directed where the easiest place was to park to get to the room.

The tv service was not so great had a hard time finding things to watch. It seemed like there was not any movie channels or anything to keep you occupied. Other than that it was great.

The staff of this hotel is friendly and customer centric. From the front desk to the GM to the housekeeping team... they could give lessons in hospitality to other hotels!

Billing issue between booking.com and the hotel-- ultimately resolved but it never should have happened. Was over $ 450 that we were initially overcharged!!! No finger pointing but it was an issue...

Overall, would recommend this facility. The halls could have been a bit cleaner. We realize it was parent weekend, at the college, but the breakfast area could have had tables cleaned more often and halls needed vacuuming. We had to wait an hour for our room. After traveling 11 hours.....all we wanted was to lay down and nap.

The hotel was super clean with nice amenities. The breakfast was great with many choices and the staff were all super nice and helpful. I appreciated the breakfast lady who helped me get a few items together for my work day.

The only negative was the faulty remote control fro the television. You had to stand close to the tv to get it to work.

The woman at the front desk was the most helpful and delightful person I have ever met. She went out of her way for everyone. Do whatever you have to to keep her!!

I didn’t like the big tub. It didn’t work well, but we didn’t use it anyway.

My husband was in the hospital and the Hampton Inn was located right across the street from the hospital so location was perfect. The staff were wonderful. Every evening when I returned I was greeting warmly and asked how I was doing.

The breakfast was what I expected. It was nothing fancy. I filled your belly. The location was great not to far from the University Stadium.

The pillows on the bed are way to soft and to many on the bed. I like a little firmness to my pillows so you don't have to use so many.

Check in took forever. The desk clerk who helped us did something (deleted reservation?) and couldn't fix the error. Had to wait for someone else to come and help her. She was very friendly, and kept apologizing. After driving for 7 hours, we were ready to get to the room.

The room was very comfortable. Once the noise upstairs and next door quieted down I slept very well on your mattress.

The noise of the doors up and down the hall clanging when entering or exiting.

The hotel was very clean and seemed to be taking extra precautions with the pandemic. Breakfast was nice and pool was open! Was hard to find a place that allowed locals to stay and enjoy a getaway with family! Staff was available via text! Will definitely return!

The pool and in room jacuzzi were a little too cool. Otherwise loved our stay!
