Cedar Creek Lodge & Conference Center

This hotel is very nice. The staff Is great, Christopher and Wendy were especially engaging. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are larger than a normal size room with 4 chairs! I never see 4 chairs in a room. They do a great job to say the least.

Workout room needs a stationary bike. Not the best workout room I’ve seen in a hotel. However, with a treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells one can certainly keep the workout habit pattern going. The workout room is clean and has towels and water.

Really enjoyed the overall openness, cleanliness, and friendly staff during my stay. The Laundry room was a great boon as well being short on clothes just the last day. The breakfast was a welcome addition for the morning before a drive + the coffee, cocoa and tea station being available was great!

The bed, while massive and nice, was actually not the most comfortable. It was incredibly firm and not the best sleep during the stay, but that may be just personal preference.

Wendy was amazing at breakfast, and the rest of the staff was so friendly and wonderful! We loved the amenities and the room.

The food options in the area were pretty sparse, especially with an egg allergy in the family, so that was a bummer (but of course not the hotel's issue). The pullout sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool was also slightly over-chlorinated one or two days during our visit, but other than that we loved the experience.

Breakfast was awesome! All the staff was helpful and friendly. We were appreciative to get a list of nearby restaurants to choose from. Loved the indoor pool and spa and all the little touches like thick towels, warm throws on the bed and nice Real coffee cups and water glasses. We would highly recommend this lodge!

Best location for an outside the park hotel. Very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. There are restaurants very close to the hotel that are reasonably priced and decent food.

The King suite which we reserved is not the best choice of room. The staff kindly relocated us to a very comfortable room. I would not recommend the King suite selection.

I LOVED everything about my stay here. All the staff was so nice and polite but, Hannah and Rachelle exceeded their duties. They always asked how we were enjoying our stay. They were very helpful on what to do in the area. The beds were so comfortable (soft and not hard) and amount of pillows were a bonus. Nothing in this hotel looked old or stained. Everything still looks very new and up to date on style. The breakfast is great as well. Every morning there was a variety of food to choose from. The only thing I could say negative is that when I booked it it said pool and spa were available but, when checking in it was closed down. It would’ve been nice to have that feature because on the price that includes that so I still paid full price and didn’t get to use all available facilities. Also update what they have outside. On the pictures of lodge it showed there were lawn chairs and a fire pit that guest could enjoy but, when arriving that was no where to be found. That is a small inconvenience and not really a big deal. My overall stay was exceptional and wish that this business was a corporate business because I would stay there every time I traveled. I hope to return to Columbia Falls again and if I do it will always be with Cedar Creek! Thank you the staff for making our experience so fantastic!

No use of pool or spa especially the spa. After hiking 6 miles my husband and I would’ve loved to relax our achy bones in the hot water. I also wanted to be able to sit at the fire pit that was advertised.

Everything was a class act.

When I booked the room it said in the booking Mountain View room. When I got there we did not get a mountain view room. The lady at the reception desk asked if I put it in the special request. I said no I didn't think it would be a special request since the booking stated Mountain View, in the end it was no biggie.

Friendly, helpful staff, answered several questions I had and gave me important tips for taking Red Bus tour of GNP. Overall a good location, approx. 30 minute scenic drive to GNP. Breakfast had good range of options and some outdoor seating. Room was clean, very large and quiet.

The chair in room was clean and nice looking, but not that comfortable for a longer spell of watching TV.

Cleanliness, quiet sleep at night, spaciousness.

Insufficient drawers for clothes. Stayed 7 nights and same breakfast every morning. Lack of bathroom fan. Insufficient lighting because of no overhead lighting.

Location was very central - Close to everything in Columbia Falls and in the middle of travelling to Whitefish and Kalispell. Great Breakfast included with stay. Buffet style but included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, french toast, bagels, fruit etc. etc. Room was large with comfortable king sized bed.

There was no daily maid service - likely due to Covid - but supplies were available at front desk.
