Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and inviting hotel. The breakfast and coffee were great. Patricia in the breakfast room is a gem! You can tell she loves her job and truly wants visitors to have a great experience to start their day!

The rooms themselves were a bit small but so glad the sink was outside the rest of the bathroom. A counter somewhere would be great for making sandwiches, etc. to bring in day trips.

The breakfast option each day was fine. I would have liked an option for bacon on one of the five days I stayed there. However, I understand why this was not the case due to the high cost of bacon.

I would have liked more options in the breakfast choices.

It was in a good location and the welcome upon arrival was very good. The room was lovely & clean/comfortable

The hotel was expensive especially seeing as it was next to a recycling plant! There was meant to be breakfast included…well the first morning there was NOTHING left and I mean nothing! This was apparently due to lack of staff but in all honesty that was not our problem. We had to go elsewhere and buy something to eat which was not a hardship but annoying to say the least!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was clean! There was a well stocked breakfast with lots of selections.

it’s unfortunate that the hot tub and pool were closed due to repairs.

Well the sink in the bathroom didnt drain real well. Also we stuck our trash cans out like instructed since they dont enter your room and when we got back from our day out our garbage cans were missing and a bag of trash was left by our door. Went to front desk to ask and they only had one garbage can to replace the two we had.

The staff were welcoming and attentive. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was forgettable. First day we kept finding tin foil in the eggs. By the third day we didn’t even want to go to the breakfast. Stairs into the pool were super slippery and hubby fell.

appreciate the inclusion of breakfast and options available...however, the procedure for ordering and pick was crowded. If the purpose of sack breakfast was because of COVID - social distancing, - the procedure of ordering the options and pick up was confining and impossible to keep social distancing...suggest order breakfast at checkin on menu card so the sack is ready for pickup the following morning or do it online (as other cheaper motels have done).....also, no place open nearby on Sunday evening for late arrivals....either keep onsite restaurant open until 10pm or keep sandwiches or frozen entrees in gift shop/vending.

Room was large, clean, quiet and convenient...first floor, near entry, fitness room, lobby, etc.

Clean, modern, comfortable room was more than we hoped for, excellent value. Convenient location, 15min drive to airport, 20-25min to Glacier park or Whitefish, grocery store a few blocks away, lots or restaurants within a few miles. Covid reduced breakfast provided every morning at front desk upon request which was great. AC worked perfectly. Awesome water pressure in shower. Fully equipped with small sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Staff went out of their way to assist with late night arrival.

The location is very convenient but because of the way the building is situated it offers limited views, it's only real downfall. Northwest MT is incredibly Scenic so it was a little disappointing but as soon as you leave the parking lot you've got all the views you'll ever need!

The staff was wonderful and everyone was super friendly and helpful from directions to dining recommendations they had us covered. I even saw a staff member wiping down the rails in the hallway. Lots of pride and effort from all the staff.

Getting into the hotel was a little difficult.

The room was great ! It was very large, everything was new and freshly cleaned. The bed linens and pillows made for a restful night's sleep. The staff was outstanding and incredibly friendly, they were just waiting to make your stay a great one.

The only disappointment was that they were unable to use their dining room for breakfast. The quality of offerings for a grab and go breakfast were below expectations. Luckily, a great breakfast is available at Nickel Charlies just down the road.
