Hampton Inn Kalispell

The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and they switched it up every day, which we loved. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.  The room we stayed in was very nice and we had a great view.  We had a noisy air conditioner, and when I asked them to fix it, they fixed it while we were out that day, and when we came back, it worked perfectly. 

I can’t say that we didn’t like this, but it would’ve been nice if they had an on-site restaurant. 

Me and my wife... we both spent the most beautiful vacations ever at this hotel. The facilities, The room, Breakfast and Staff.. everything was just awesome. If you are looking for some peace and quiet. Hampton Inn its the "place to be". We highly recommend to stay here for the great location and the great facilities

I liked that me and my kids got to stay up and swimm in the pool we love that it’s 24 thank you guys for that ! Also our room had a jacuzzi in the room only thing better would be to have a balcony! Be cause I have little ones and to go smoke is very hard . Would been conventional and convenient for a mother to have access outside while not having to go a few flights down from children ! But other then that we had fun and was awesome ! The food the room everything was perfect ! And we made it a Christmas Eve tradition from. Now on

I did not like that I have to go all the way down stairs to smoke a cig in the freezing cold ! Would have been nice to have a balcony

Pool and jacuzzi, decent exercise room, nice rooms with comfortable beds and good showers.

The breakfast is a B minus. Poor choice of dry cereal; all sweetened. Need Raisin Bran at a minimum; Total, Bran Flakes, or Special K would be better. Highlight is the waffles. Bacon used to be better, now tastes like Turkey bacon. Scrambled eggs way over cooked. Omelettes ok. Tomato juice would be nice.

nothing really. I had my room right next to the elevator for 5 nights so sometimes it was loud at night but not bad enough to where I had to change rooms.

This is a very upscale hotel. Everything from decor to staff to room and to breakfast were so well maintained and top notch. The staff was courteous and assures guests have a good stay. I will surely be considering this brand for my future locations as well.

Nothing comes to my mind. Everything was just perfect.

The shuttle vehicle needs to be upgraded. Our flight arrived in Kalispell at around 1am due to weather delays. There were four parties on our plane that needed a ride to this hotel via shuttle, but because the van only holds four passengers, this required four separate round trips of 30-40 minutes each. As luck would have it, we were the last of the four so we and our small exhausted children ended up waiting for an hour and a half just to get to the hotel to sleep for the night. It's just silly not to have a larger van to be able to accommodate more passengers.

The staff was absolutely great and it was very clean hotel and surprisingly pretty quiet thank-you Hampton inn staff for your total professialism I give you a 10 plus

Our big complaint was the bathroom, being older and getting in and out of tub/shower they could you support bars also and this is a biggie the toilets need to big upgraded it was like being in a kindergarten-2nd grade restroom toilet!!!!

Bed, room size, bathroom very good. Hotel room cleaning staff were terrific. We were stayed 4 nights, requested no in-room cleaning however asked for extra towels, soap, trash bags. Room service ladies were wonderful, provided what we asked for.

A bit stronger toilet flushing. No overflow, problems but understand due to drought.

Facilities were open 24 hours. Great location. Loved breakfast every morning. Staff was friendly and always kind.

Wasn't aware there was going to be construction until I checked on. Then was 2 doors away from it. The noise was pretty disruptive as we were on a different time zone.
