took an hour to get checked in. Abdul had to work hard as reservation didn’t cross over correctly and it was EXTREMELY frustrating standing there for over an hour waiting to get a room while other people were trying to check in and only one employee, who was helping me was there to check people in. Had a sign for manager on duty and he wasn’t there nor did he return Abdul’s phone call for help in the over an hour I had to stand there and wait. Bathroom sink in room had multiple large cracks in it and it looked like there was black stuff growing out of every crack. Didn’t give a clean and disinfected vibe at all.

Breakfast was nothing special. Would have been nice to see some fresh fruit, but it was free, so I can't complain. Staff was very nice and check-in went smoothly. Pool was small, but nice. Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet despite a lot of people there.

We had a suite that had 2 queen beds and a queen bed. The king bed was separated in a smaller room, but there was just an open doorway, no door or some sort of partition. Even a curtain would have been nice so that we could still chill and watch tv, while the kids slept. The elevator was kind of scary. Sounded like a break was sticking so it made a loud sound every time it started up or down. The comforter on the bed had small holes in it. I am assuming these were from wear and tear. Everything looked and felt clean, it was just a bit unsightly to find holes in our bedding.

Staff was great and the rooms were amazing, clean room and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

If breakfast would have had biscuits and gravy would have been amazing. The flow of the breakfast line definitely needs some work and the layout has it a cluster in the breakfast room. The pool was ice cold needs to be a little warmer. Kids were frozen and didn’t want to swim.

Breakfast was ok, coffee and muffins and a breakfast sandwich you could heat in your room. Only served till 9:30 though. Hotel was in a convenient location and we felt very safe. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. Staff was wonderful and very quit to take care of any issues.

Shower leaked onto bathroom floor so most of the towels were used to mop up the wet mess. Air conditioner blew out musty smoky air causing us to be congested once shut off we were fine. Room with a Kitchenette has no stove top or full size fridge but it was roomy.

Great location, friendly staff that was accommodating

Small details in room like chips in paint, tears in furniture. I also called in advance and asked about the deposit charged was told they didn't have one then was charged one. Not a huge inconvenience but wish I was told correctly.

Breakfast was nice, waffles and pancake options made a great feat. One day was cinnamon and one day was blueberry (in addition to regular mix) bed were surprisingly comfy.

Asked for our toilet paper to be refilled and trash to be taken each day and still it didn't get done which was frustrating.

My husband and I came here from Kansas City for a get away and just to relax after working so hard in the ministry. The hotel was very clean, quiet and just a good spot all together. I will come again if the opportunity comes up again. Thanks for the hospitality.

There was only one complaint I had, and that was the lady that ran the breakfast... was not very pleasant. She had a bit of an attitude two days I went down. Once with me and once I noticed with another lady. You might need to check her. Thank you.

Our family loved the size of the rooms and how clean the hotel was. We came to town for a dance comp so it was nice to go back to a hotel that was quite and a room with soft beds to relax after a busy day. The location was great, a quick drive to downtown and the zoo, close to shopping, restaurants, and even a grocery store and gas station just down the road from the hotel.

Prefect location for us visiting family. Breakfast had good options. Room was very spacious. Ample parking.

Unless you are 5’5 and shorter plan on kneeling in the shower because other wise the water will be shooting you in the chest.

Loved the bed and bedding. Plenty of room

The room was handicapped and the shower water wood go all over the floor and room had musty smell. Prices jacked up due to college World Series. Definitely not worth 200.00 a night.
