Best Western Elko Inn

The free breakfast buffet was perfect has a little bit of everything. My spouse and I plus our dog 🐕, stay in one of the rooms with a spa tub ( Jacuzzi tub ), witch was fantastic. The room was very clean. Hotel is child friendly with indoor pools,very friendly staff I will definitely stay here again. MY FAVORITE PART WERE ALL THE FROGS 🐸 ❤️ 💙 💖 My only down side I had->-> Ice machines were all out of service.

I have nothing bad say. About this fantastic hotel. My experience with Nest western in Elko NV was fantastic. We will definitely be booking here again.

It was super close to the Elko Convention Center which is where I was attending an event that weekend. It was also within walking distance to many other places like a park which was convenient because I had my dog with me. The blackout curtains in the rooms are amazing. Even after the sun came up my room was very very dark.

honestly, there really isn’t much I can complain about. The only thing that sort of bothered me was that all of the hotel room doors slam loudly when they close. I know that they have to because of fire regulations but it was pretty jarring at five and six in the morning.

Good location close to town-centre conveniences. Comfortable and clean rooms. Easy parking. Generally very quiet, despite being close to main road and shops. 4am breakfast availability is handy if leaving early to work on nearby mine sites. I will come back here again.

No tea making facilities in the room (coffee maker only). Oddly shaped pillows all of extreme thickness could not be used comfortably. Laundry facilities were pay-per-use. Upholstery on desk chair was completely peeling off and ragged.

These people were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was better-than-average. They are pet-friendly and prove that in a number of ways: - Just behind the reception desk, there's a "wall of pets" where they've taken pics of pet guests and post them on the wall; - There is a designated pet area outside with baggies available; - There was no evidence of prior pet accidents.

We had a room under the stairs - the furthest you could get from reception - and people and kids were running up and down those stairs (sometimes with suitcases) at all hours, so avoid rooms under stairways.

My car broke down on I80 and I was towed back to Elko. The tow truck driver recommended Grease Monkey that was right next door to the Best Western. The convenience was appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for me to practice the line dances I needed to prepare to teach when I got home.

The grout in the shower needs to be replaced - it was rather ugly and moldy and gave me the creeps.

The rooms hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 5:00. We came back around 6:30 and they still weren’t cleaned so we ended up having to take a pet room. It turned out ok but it was a little frustrating at the end of a long day in the car!

The staff here were friendly and so accommodating. I had occasion to ask for an extra chair for the room and it was promptly brought to us. Unfortunately we had a family above us whose children were jumping around until 12midnight and we couldn't get to sleep. We had a long drive ahead of us the next day so I called the front desk and the clerk apologized and took care of the issue for us. We were so grateful. The restaurant suggestions were good.

Not staying at the hotel during a children's pool party and stay over, but hey it happens. Such is life.

The pet friendly room an walk area! Great!

Our only complaint was trying to check in. We were there at 4 pm and there was a line to check in. They told us to come back in 1 1/2 hours after dinner and they would have a room for us. At 8 pm we returned and they still didn’t have a room for us. Not good!

Comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

The concrete was crumbling on the sidewalk, the parking spaces weren't marked very well, and people were parking over lines that made it impossible to park between.

Breakfast was wonderful! Hot food in the morning to start the day - a day of long distances on the Interstate. I had trouble with the microwave and the gal came and got it working ! Bathroom sink backed up and I let them know on check out. Fabulous staff !!
