convenient location right off I80. Hotel is relatively new and very clean/well maintained. staff at check in was friendly and process was very quick.

I could hear the man in the next room snoring and the tv in the adjacent unit at 1am. Nothing that some background sound from my phone couldn’t drown out, but with a newer facility I would have expected better insulation between rooms. Not so bad that it would keep my from staying here again. this is the second time I have stayed here in the last year and the only complaint I could come up with.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very good, the place was comfortable and clean. The location was ok. Too close to the road so was a bit noisy. Bathroom needed a little work, but all in all, a good experience.

The location was too close to the freeway, could hear a lot of highway noise...maybe new windows?? The bathroom could use a little more maintenance. Grout around the showers???

Most of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly. GOOD PEOPLE!! The breakfast was good but in staying for several weeks, the sameness got old. My bed was comfortable, the pillows are very comfortable as well. I liked being able to adjust the thermostat.

Upon arrival I found trash under the ottoman and the carpet was obviously soiled. The carpet and sofa were spotted with soil and smelled of dirty socks. I had to reset the shower for hot water multiple times; I am glad a staff member knew what to do when I reported it so I could have a warm shower! Several staff did not know that the free water was for higher honors members, so it was confusing when some gave me water and others said “no”. Y’all need to be on the same page.

My room was spacious and included everything you could need (large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes, dishwasher). The check-in process was incredibly easy with great staff. Various options included within the complimentary breakfast. Everything during my stay was wonderful!

The breakfast was good. Once the blinds were closed, outside cars didn't bother my dog.

They should get rid of the barn doors on the room's bathroom. When one person gets up in the middle of the night, the light come shooting out and wakes everyone else up. There is also less privacy with a barn door.

Great stay. Place was very immaculate and well-kept Staff were very friendly. Free washers and dryers. Glad I discovered this gem. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area. 5 stars hands down. Well worth the money!!! All these other hotels need to take notes

thought cost to have a pet a little excessive. $50.00 when other hotels in town charges $15.00. going to stay at one of the competitors hotels next time to compare the the value

An excellent facility with friendly helpful staff. We'll definitely stay here again.

Two beds in the room would have been better, but the sofa bed was okay. It did give us more seating during the day.

Check-in and check-out. Is it really a 10-15 minute process if the room is booked and PAID online?! Why would they report to Booking.com that we hadn't stayed there and then charge for an additional night 5 days later???

The staff was really helpful and nice. Our reservation through Booking.com somehow got canceled (instead of just modified) but the desk staff was able to accommodate us.

The glass wall to the fitness center, which looked really nice. We would prefer more privacy for working out.
