Hampton Inn by Hilton Elko Nevada

The breakfast was good . There were choices for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep left overs. .

I thought there was a hot tub. There was only a pool. the hallways were very hot. Even though it was cold outside, We had an emergency and booking.com would not allow me to cancel a day without payijng for the night even though it was 48 hours ahead. Booking said I could send a message requesting this to the hotel and booking .com would not let me send the message. I talked to the manager and the manager agreed I could check out early without penalty but had no idea if booking.com would adcept this. I have not received a refund and will avoid using booking.com again.

Room was clean. Facilities and decor were updated.

We saw the room on Booking.com and the photos showed a walk in shower. Based on this feature, we booked the room. When we checked in and proceeded to our room there was a bathtub instead of a walk in shower. We went back downstairs to the front desk and we were told all of those rooms were full and they couldn’t do anything about it. The attendant said it was booking.com’s fault for putting that photo/choice on the website knowing the shower type was not available. I wonder whether she was just laying blame with Booking.com and if it was the hotels fault that they gave our room away to someone else.

The front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good; the eggs seemed like they were not normal scrambled eggs and were maybe baked in a large pan??? The sausage was of poor quality. The room was very nice and clean; king with sofa. The quick pancake machine was a very nice touch.

Breakfast was adequate. I wish there was more on the menu like scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage, just like in other Hampton Inn locations. I like there are no pets allowed. As much as I like pets, I don't enjoy sleeping in rooms after pets. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and modern was the facility.

Not much, everything was great. One thing I would like to see is more hooks for bath towels in the bathroom. One hanger is not enough. But this is very minor.

Front desk check-in was exceptional: host was friendly, professional and gave us clear guidance on our restaurant choice. Our stay was very quiet with good bed and linens.

The breakfast was the standard fare and convenient start to day of driving but wish it was a bit less packaged (a complaint about chain hotel fare and serving system pre-COVID too). Think of all the plastic in the endless wraps and packaging! There is now a person serving so would think they could do away with things like apples wrapped in Saran Wrap.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice sized and comfortable. The room was very clean. The fitness room was clean and of nice size. Laundry area was clean and not overly priced. Breakfast was good with options.

Great location and easy to find. Very clean and comfortable with spacious room, fast internet and excellent breakfast.

The plumbing fixtures in the toilet and the shower are bit old and rusty.

We booked on the way to the hotel. Which was super convenient. It was close to the 80 but I could not hear it. Tom who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast and coffee where good.

Great room and staff. They heard my previous stay comments and answered each problem. Resting great and all is well.

Nothing, the stay is fine Bed is a bit hard for my taste but otherwise excellent.

Comfortable and wonderful for a road trip stay. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with a nice shower. Very nice breakfast and served now in the large dining room. Easy walk nearby to a casino restaurant. Only the Tv didn’t work but we didn’t need it. Friendly staff. Safe to park your car.
