Quite, convenient.

Bed bugs. Got us scratching our bodies the next day like crazy people.

Friendly and professional reception; central location which is near to the main road and downtown; comfy rooms, and hardworking housekeepers. You have a microwave and fridge in your room, and they are life savers if you prefer to eat and drink in your room. TV channels are quite enough to spend a good time if you like to watch TV.

Only breakfast is available, with minimal options. Lunch and dinner are not served; you must go to nearby restaurants or give food orders via Dashdoor. The swimming pool is small but functional.

The room was very cozy and the breakfast was amazing. Paying the extra to have the breakfast was incredibly worth it. I loved how the front desk was able to assist me with getting the wifi connected on my laptop so I can take care of my jobs needs while I stayed in the hotel and I truly appreciate the hotel having a schedule posted at the desk of swimming classes. The schedule being posted at the desk wasn't posted when I went to the hotel a few years ago and that was something I brought up. To see it happen made me feel better about my stay.

I didn't like the fact my stay ended so quickly. The only thing I would say and it's not that big of an issue is, in the pool the vents that are above the pool was pushing cold air while the pool its self was heated. That was my only issue but it wasn't that big of an issue to make an issue of.

After my complaint ( below) the day site manager upgraded us to make up for our horrible first night. The upgrade was superb. I slept like a baby on 2nd night. Bed was so comfortable.

The first-night stay was horrible. I went to bed early at 9 pm since I had to get up early to attend a scholarship awards ceremony at Cresskill High School. I was rudely awakened at 11:44 pm and the noise did not stop until 1:24 am when finally I had to call the front desk to ask them to tell the next room over to stop the noise.

Amenities: the hotel room was extremely comfortable - loved how well I could sleep (and I'm a very light sleeper). The mattress, pillows were amazing, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The pool was awesome as well. The location of the hotel is great - free parking, restaurants and grocery within a 20min walk/5 min drive. NJ Transits bus #166 stops a couple blocks down and can take you to Port Authority in NYC directly, so it has great access.

My one complaint was with the bathroom ceiling. Every time it rained, it dripped a little and we heard a lot of rain water sounds. Not super disturbing or anything, but the ceiling wallpaper did start to peel off.

Comfortable bed, free parking, quiet at night. Very reasonable room rates. Great access to Manhattan.

Nobody at front desk for checkout and no online checkout. I still don't know if I was properly checked out. Hotel under some sort of renovation with hallways blocked off by plastic drapes. Difficult to make a reservation when I needed it since IHG's computers were hacked. When I was finally able to get a reservation it was for a generic room and not the one that I wanted. Front desk staff did not check to see if another room was available. Disappointing experience for a hotel where I have stayed often.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I actually stayed there Friday the 12th until Sat. the 13th which I found expensive. I was only there for 12 hrs. and didn't venture around the hotel.

Nothing to do with the standards of the hotel but I had booked the particular room which you are referring to for Aug. 10th in your questionnaire through Priceline, which had a 4pm cancellation prior to the day of checking in. I did cancel it, only since waiting so long for customer service It turned into 5 min. after 4pm. I have been charged which is extremely disappointing. However, I did stay Friday night and was very satisfied with the hotel itself. I was not happy about having to pay $174- for the prior cancellation.

The staff is great Ipool was great and hotel was quieif just no walkways on the main road you can't really get to the stores if you felt like walking at the hotel I think had a shuttle cabs were accessible to drive there's no issue but otherwise the hotel is great

The breakfast was good the server was nice . Definitely should have been included breakfast I didn't ruin my day so I can't say anything negative about this hotel

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast staff was so attentive! Lots of outlets in the rooms. We requested 2 rooms near each other, and they gave us rooms right across the hall from each other.

Returning at night, one elevator was out of service, and there was a long line of people waiting to use the only working elevator. The music playing outside the main entrance is very loud. The TVs were difficult to use. The "guide" button on the remote doesn't do anything. The "TV GUIDE" channel shows listings that don't actually correspond to the tv service available, so it's not useful. You have to just channel surf until you find something to watch. The parking lot desperately needs to be repaved.

The rooms where very comfortable and clean and the pool was very nice. Everything was very clean and the overall experience was very good.

The hotel said that there would be a restaurant and a bar but they only had breakfast witch was just ok and the bar was closed.
