Breakfast always amazing!! We also love the kitchenette here!!

We asked for a extra pillow and sheets for the pull out bed and they said we should have them in the closet which we told them they were not there they gave us sheets we never got a pillow so we had to share the pillows that we had on our bed! I have severe allergies to lavender woke up both days with a sore throat and extreme nasal drainage because I didn’t have ample pillows and because all the soap that is offered at this hotel is lavender!! Also someone open the door to the dryer in the laundry area which caused my clothes to not dry and the time ran out so I had to hang them to dry in the room!! Also the price is very high for this hotel especially since we had no services (towels and sheets were not changed) I have paid less and gotten more at other hotels!!

Handy location off the Newtowne Bypass; only a few moments in the car to get to anything, from a great farm stand to shops and eateries in charming and historic Newtowne ... our suite was spacious and well appointed - comfy bed, full kitchen, good lighting, large bathroom ... front desk, housekeepers and kitchen staff were VERY helpful and friendly ... and the health club next door allows hotel guests to use their outstanding gym/pool facilities for a fee. Breakfasts were much better than we expected, and the coffee was superb.

Comforters were rather heavy; make a lighter blanket available for those of us who sleep hot.

I loved everything! I will be back as long as they allow me, and I'll be bringing my equipment to work because they have a direct ethernet socket so im not at risk to losing calls. Thank you

I had a lot of trash with no idea on where to put it. It would help if there were Covid steps for things like that. I was too far from the front desk to walk back and forth with my 1 year old. Thank you though it was still amazingly great!

I like that the rooms are suites. Having a space to hang out that is separate from the room to sleep in was convenient.

The air conditioner in the area with the bed in it could have been colder. We set it to 64 degrees and it was only cool. However the room with the couch was set to 66 degrees and it was freezing. We were still comfortable. Also, the pool was closed due to covid, which is understandable, just slightly disappointing.

I am so happy I chose to stay at this hotel! The ambiance as soon as you walk in is warm and welcoming. Staff was nice; Tabitha and Suzanne were super sweet and attentive. I celebrated my sister’s 30th bday and it was a huge success! Rooms were clean, plenty of parking, and beds were so comfy! I don’t understand why it’s rated 3 stars on Google. The value of the rooms are affordable, spacious, and worth it! Definitely an underrated gem! :)

The breakfast could be improved, and the pool was closed, but I understand due to COVID, not that big a deal, other than that, I liked everything else!

I was told I would have full service of my room all they did was empty trash and give me clean towels I had to ask for toilet paper and clean pillow cases Carpet was not vacuumed I stayed 2 nights I expected full service for the price

Clean with good breakfast choices. Staff was friendly. Big room.and safe area. Quiet facility.

Dryer barely worked so had to pay for 3 dryer sessions. Toilet clogged and when they fixed it they left water allover the floor. Pool still closed.

The location was great for Sesame Place. Having the kitchenette also helped so much.

I wish there were more breakfast options. A lot of true options had pork.

The room and building were clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Good self-serve, full breakfast available. Conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit.

There's no community around the hotel. It's in the middle of a business park. You can't walk out the door and be anywhere interesting.

Very comfortable place to stay. Amenities are good. The room is spacious and the was awesomely comfortable. Enjoyed the actual kitchen with in the suite. The grounds offer actual grilling and picnic tables with view of the lake. Easy parking, always a plus. Staff was quite friendly. Enjoyed the stay.
