The moment we walked we're greeted with a welcome and a smile front desk staff Jess was magnificent I had an issue with my room and Jess who was at the front desk with no hesitation she changed my room very polite very courteous made us as a family felt welcome and that could be the best feeling ever when you enter in a hotel is the hospitality was wonderful I wouldn't have it no other way but to come back again the staff from every Department made us feel welcome from the front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen staff they get three stars from me all across the board it was my son's birthday on Monday they went on out their way to greet him to say happy birthday to him they don't feel special even gave him cookies and that made his day because we miss breakfast the young lady went on her way to make sure we had something to eat then I want to personally say she was awesome on that behalf Adrian was the one who made the cookies for my son because I wanted a special request for pancakes for his birthday breakfast but unfortunately we had the time mixed up❤️❤️

My issue was that it was dog hair all over the pull-out couch and from them cleaning the rug it was still wet from Saturday until the time I left and the room had a damp smell to it my suggestion would be when pets enter into the room it should be a cover-up on the couch and some kind of protector on the rug to prevent the issue that I had in my room☹️☹️

I made it there late and was not able to get the room that I had booked. But the receptionist made it up by upgrading my room and I must say it was one of the nicest most comfortable rooms I've stayed in a while. I had my own fridge ,microwave, stove, dishwasher and living room. I loved that I was able to use the pool and they had fresh warm towels for us to use. And the food was great. Breakfast was awesome. With a various selection of food to choose from. Definitely be staying again

Nice room and and great location and surroundings

I asked for pool towels when I got to the pool and had to wait 15 mi n until my husband got angry. with front desk personnel. Then, they brought the towels to the pool. I was dripping and needed to get dry. Also when I got to the shower, in my room, there was no shampoo in the bottle. My husband called them and they brought asap.

Convenience of location to restaurants and stores in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. Liked that breakfast was included. The staff accommodated request for early check-in. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening.

Not a dislike, a general comment/observation: They ran out of various breakfast items each morning, and for a holiday weekend with families traveling they should've anticipated the amount of food to accommodate the number of people.

We liked the cleanliness and value of the one bedroom suite room we stayed in. Also the amenities like the pool, fitness room and complimentary breakfast

We found the set up of the one bedroom suite could have been better. The bathroom was on the inside of the one bedroom and usually in suites we have stayed on, it’s on the outside so that people who are staying in the sofa don’t have to walk through the bedroom where guests may be sleeping to access the bathroom. Also the hotel was short staffed so they did not fix up our room or provide us with enough towels so we had to go down to front desk to get them. So service wasn’t the best due to short staffing issues.

We love this hotel EXCEPT for the second time - pool was TOO COLD to use and we came for a pool staycation. The pool was too cold to use on Dec 30 as well. My kids love the breakfast service.

the chief pool engineer does not know how to work the pool on my stay in December and my stay in May the chief engineer closed the pool or lied about when the pool was opening. Then he drained the water out the pool to waist high we had to get out he left and the staff at the hotel had to call him back.

The kitchenette was well stocked. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There were multiple hot and cold options for food and drink. The coffee was excellent.

There were several stains in the room on various pieces of furniture and the curtains. The pull out sofa was very beaten up looking and uncomfortable. The bedding was atrocious. There was no blanket.

The best service was actually Jahbar M. And Jess.... they both helped us during our stay. They both were extremely instrumental in making what was wrong right. Jabhar showed great concern in making out stay wonderful. From the time we arrived until I checked out. They both need a raise, not just a pat on the back. Many people are coming there based off of those two. I am a professor And still recommend students as long as those two are there. - Professor Johanna

My keys wouldn't work the entire time I was there. That was agitating. The beds seemed like a full not queen size.

The breakfast was great!

During breakfast there was 12-15 family/friends that were standing in front of prepared food eating their breakfast instead of sitting at a table. Other guests had to keep saying excuse me because they were in the way. They were improperly dressed. No one should come to breakfast in their pajamas.
