Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Laurel/Moorestown

Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of choices. I especially liked the omelets. The coffee (my pet peeve in some of these free breakfast deals) was hot and delicious. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area.

There was nothing that I did not like. In fact, the entire experience exceeded my expectations, which was a little wary based on other facilities in the area in which I stayed. The other facilities were dark and dreary and smelled of smoke even though they were supposed to be "smoke free."

Breakfast choices were good. Waffle batter was too thin a couple days. One staff member was great and asked people if they needed anything before she closed the breakfast. Another staff member shut the doors quickly at 10:00am.

Room service- some clean towels after 4 days would’ve been nice. No shuttle service to airport.

Convenient location, with a comfortable room and a generous breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Had some issues with check-in (they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had the booking.com confirmation number and email). I think the front desk staff were simply overwhelmed/under-resourced due to staffing issues (which are everywhere these days, so really not a knock against this hotel). Everything got resolved eventually, so no complaints here - just a heads-up for future travelers to allow extra time for check-in!

Clean, Clean, Clean!!! Did I say Clean?! comfortable rooms and friendly staff I avoid hotel stays because im a bit ocd when it comes to germs especially other people's but i was so happy that the reviews were accurate for this location as far as the cleanliness rating. The bathrooms may have been recently remodeled it had updated/modern finishes. The common areas (elavator and lobby rugs) could use a little work but that's to be expected this is a pretty busy hotel. The breakfast was decent it was cheese omelettes sausage and waffles as well as coffee. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Bonus: I like the housekeeping service here.. they dont come unless you ask. Which is perfect because i got to sleep in without being awakened by housekeeping knocking on the door.

The pool was not open during my stay so call ahead in check if that is something important to you.

The Staff was very pleasant. The roomwas exceptionally clean. The room met our needs. The location met our needs to complete our mission.

The cost for the room was high for that type of room. I expected a larger room for a suite. There were quite a few sporting teams staying and you could hear them at night. Finally the lighting wasn't the best in the room.

This was a very good experience for a woman traveling alone. I always felt safe and the rooms were very clean. The staff was excellent. i had an incident that the shower handle came off and I couldn’t shut the water. when i went down to the front desk, they immediately changed my room and couldn’t have been nicer.

Our family enjoyed our night stay stop at this beautiful Hotel! It is immaculately clean in our room, the front entrance, the breakfast space ( very good breakfast and coffee), elevator and halls! The room was spacious, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the shower was spacious and comfortable to shower! Check-in and check-out was a breeze with very courteous staff! Overall our overnight stay was excellent, we would come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends!!!

This hotel is convenient to route 38 and everything in Mount Laurel and it’s only 35 minutes from downtown Philly!

The ONLY thing that could improve this hotel is having healthy breakfast options like fruit/granola/yogurt.

Tub in wheelchair accessible room, couldn’t shower and there were no shower chairs available

Convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

The first room we got ,had ants all over the table and air-conditioning unit. We got a different room, but in the shower the self was broken.
