SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mount Laurel

The location was within minutes of my family, shopping, and restaurants. I liked the internet speed and complimentary breakfast. Most importantly, the integrity of your staff. I left my credit card in the hotel room and the housekeeping staff alerted the front desk, and I was called immediately. As I was minutes from the hotel with my family, I came back immediately, showed my driver's license as proof of identification, and retrieved my card. I absolutely love that and so love your staff!!

Difficulty finding my reservation when I arrived, two attempts to get access to my room because key not properly programmed, and the hallway carpet did not appear clean. Note, despite the reservation and key card issues, the front desk was determined to investigate before I left that desk. At no point did I think they would not get resolution.

This establishment was the best compared to the competitors in the area (price, comfort, cleanliness) considering others I've visited in the past. Customer service is impeccable. I love very good customer service. The room was immaculate. The pool was cool too. Didn't have to go far for the ice machine. For only one elevator working, there were never any delays when needing to use the elevator. Loved the parking. They have comfortable seating outside the main entrance. Very accommodating with fridge and microwave.

The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work properly but we had our own on hand.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Also nice breakfast.

There were problems with the pool, one elevator was out, the business center was closed, and work was being done in the lobby. We stayed for a long stay, so it would have been helpful to know that there were problems before checking in.

This is a very nice property! Loved that this hotel is close to the highway. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Hotel rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Hot breakfast is served in the morning. My visit was a short stay. I certainly will return back to this hotel should I need an over night stay in this area!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was excellent. We got to use both the pool and the gym.

The booking with booking.com was not showing up on the hotel's computer, so I had to pay again. Waiting for a refund.

We booked with Springhill Suites after a terrible experience the night before at another establishment that was not up to par at all. The staff at Springhill (especially Craig at the front desk) was so helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Lots of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. Hot, fresh, and delicious breakfast. Cold water and fresh towels in the fitness room.

That everything was clean and everyone very friendly the breakfast was good I was offered a call to wake me up in the AM and thank god I needed that I was very tired but I needed the rest so thank you again

That when I booked my room I was given one price then once I left and checked my statement days later they charged more than said stay was and I called to speak to someone about the price I was told that I would be receiving a call from the manager about it because they were not in at that moment and reception said maybe it was for incidentals but I still never got a call our my money back for said incidentals.

Friendly staff, accommodations were great, room was nice, requests met beyond expectations. The bathroom was clean, and the shower very roomy.

The couch needed to be vacuumed, the back of the couch, tops of the armrest and pillows were white with dust.

Comfortable and nice sized room for family of 5. Needed a room while we had some work on our home and this fit the bill. Online check in and mobile key were so easy. Staff greeted us when we arrived. Food was more than I thought given in COVID restrictions and we were satisfied. Gym open 24/7 was a plus.
