Holiday Inn Philadelphia South-Swedesboro, an IHG Hotel

Comfortable stay! We enjoyed the pool in the morning.

We absolutely can't say enough about our stay. The hotel offers a bar and a pool and a pool table. When we opened the door to our room the fresh smell of a clean room presented us . I mean there was literally not a speck on the carpet. It was extra nice to have name brand Dove shampoo and conditioner and a little bar of soap. The towels were fluffy and smelled of fresh linen. A Hugh thanks to Shakyra + Denise who cleaned our room prior to our stay.

Everything was great except house keeping knocked on our door in the morning around 9:30 to see if room was occupied even with our So Not Disturb sign on door. She was very apologetic and I understand they want to get the rooms clean (which they do a great job at) but maybe a different system needs to be implemented. 10/10

A lot of garbage was left by the elevator from the time I checked in to the time I left. Empty beer bottles and trash

Everything was absolutely perfect except for some minor flaws but its okay ! Staff was super sweet and helpful! The food at the restaurant and the complimentary breakfast was spot on! I over heard they use to do brunch on Sundays and I truly think they should bring it back because its a great idea and would attract more clientele!

I would definitely given this hotel rating a 10 if it wasn't for the cigarette smoke in the hallway I stayed in on the 2nd floor . Also in the bathroom they should add exhaust fans to help take out the humidity in the rooms but the AC Units worked!

A pleasant surprise walking into the large open lobby, which had a nice bar and restaurant. All staff were masked. Bar even had protection shields around it. Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Also very pet friendly.

Truthfully… nothing.

property looked a little dated. we had to switch rooms due to door jam falling out if closet wished the lounge had an earlier opening start time didn’t open until 4 or 5 depending on day

I did not like that it was a busy weekend due to the job fairs and teams that were staying at the property. Since it was so crowded I was not able to use the pool, the teenagers took over lol. It is not the property’s fault, it was bad timing! I would stay over again when needed

Everything was very clean and it was close to everything.

When I booked it I remember it saying breakfast included but after we got there it said 11.99 a person. I was not paying that for the food when it didn’t even look that great.

Pretty quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable, plus it was nice to have hot water. Also, I liked the pull out table, it made it convenient for me.

The restroom could have been cleaner. I didn't appreciate walking through the unauthorized smoking area to get outside and the microwave was dirty. The value was only a good value because I booked online.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

The door to our room didn't block out the light from the hallway. The gap also allowed sound to easily travel into and out of our room. The towels left lint on our bodies and weren't really absorbent.
