The room was very spacious with an extremely high ceiling. Considering we were on the 1st floor the service was fast and efficient. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming and the pool was not the biggest but it was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

There was a weird scent at the beginning, nothing disturbing, but it went away when we turned on the ACs a bit higher. The bathroom door made some bad noise when closing, which meant we had to be very careful to not disturb others. There could've also been a curtain or doors for the closet/hanger, as there is in other Home2 Suites locations, but it was just open.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked the high ceilings in the room. You couldn't hear the people on the floor above you, which was wonderful! The hotel was pet friendly. Staff was very pleasant! Location is ideal as there is a Cracker Barrel and Wendy's there in the same parking lot areas that you can walk to. There is a gas station right there, too, so you can fill up before going anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

The friendly staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities in the room were spectacular, especially because we were traveling with 3 young children. Having silverware, plates, a microwave, a refrigerator and more was so helpful! At check in i mentioned to the staff that he (I believe his name was Armani) was one of the reasons we chose this hotel as he had been mentioned repeatedly in the Booking.com reviews. He seemed surprised but commented that he was happy guests felt welcome and when I commented that he must really like his job he said that he just took pride in doing his job well and he was grateful to be where he was so he wanted to do his best. That sticks with me, he's so right! The shuttle driver was also extremely pleasant and helpful, I was traveling with 2 young children, 3 suitcases and carryons but it was a smooth less than 10 min ride tp the airport at 3am!

There was no luggage cart available when i was leaving at 3 AM with my 4 year olds. The night staff seemed unconcerned with my struggle telling me I could check the floors because people likely never brought them down. Who has that option with 2 young children at that hour. I just pushed it all down myself and he did apologize then and offered my kids a complementary bag of chips for when they got to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We needed a place to stay overnight to catch a flight early next morning. The hotel suite was super comfortable, very spacious, and clean. I loved the efforts to save on amenities by providing re-usable toiletries. The kitchenette in the room was so convenient to have as we ordered dinner to our room. The hot breakfast was so much better than any of the hotels o have previously stayed at.

An on-site restaurant would be great! Also, a heads up on 30 mins shuttle schedule would have been great We had our flight at 8:30 am and had no idea about the shuttle scheudle.

Breakfast was okay but I could eat the only meat they offered because it had cheese on it and I can’t have cheese or bread. The cheese was melted on the sandwich and I couldn’t get it off. But everything else was wonderful.

I had to change my sheets on the bed because it had little pieces of hair on the pillow and bottom sheet. The desk was dusty but I clean my rooms anyway when I arrive. (Just in case they missed something)

Good breakfast and parking. Service desk was responsive. The location is excellent if you're visiting Philadelphia for places like Independence Hall. We looked at other options and this was the fairest price and most conveniently located without tipping over into the overpriced hotels near downtown. Don't worry about this being near the airport - we didn't hear a single plane at night.

People going to/from the indoor pool made a slippery mess of the hallways and elevators.

Very clean. spacious. Provided kitchen & utensils. Full-size fridge. tasty breakfast. workout area. convenient to I-95, gas station& convenience store, fast food. Staff responsive & friendly .

Tried to place a $100/night hold on my credit card for incidentals when I arrived. I was pre-paid, in full. They stated it was bc I booked through a 3rd party. Note: there were guests there with multiple large dogs. I was alone.

Room was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. The airport shuttle showed up quickly to pick us up at airport and was on time in the morning.

There was hair in the shower and o the bathroom sink. Bathroom doors were heavy and hard to open or close. There was no blow dryer in the room and no shampoo in the shower. Thought I'd grab some coffee in the lobby while waiting for the airport shuttle. There wasn't any. It was 5 am.

The hotel was easy on and off the highway . There’s a Wendy’s and Cracker Barrell right there . There’s also a gas station . There was also another hotel next door . It was quiet and felt safe.

I think the pool area was a little messy . There were children there with no adult supervision. . They sort of ruled the pool .

The young man that was there when we checked in was fantastic! Took the time to ask about our trip and offered recommendations if we needed them. Everyone that we saw at the front desk was always friendly and spoke to us.

Other than the Cracker Barrel and the gas station in the same parking lot, there wasn't anything really close by.
