Best Western Plus Philadelphia Airport South - at Widener University

The staff person old Amy lol. She was incredible im disabled when I called the day before to check on my reservation I told her I'm disabled & can't walk much & requested the lowest level due to my disability . She told me she would evaluate things in the morning . She called me while we were traveling & told me she has a room on the lowest level floor 2 & I was able to check in earlier before my event We were able to leave our bags upon checking room out we needed sheets n pillows for sofa bed & Xtra towels So when we passed her in the hall when we were leaving she told me no worries she would personally gather the items & have them in our room before we return .which she did She was smiling & very accommodating to us.

The free breakfast was a bit of a disappointment Wasn't much of anything there except dry cereal. So we had nothing when we left other people seemed disappointed as well & just looked around & left Even just some 1/2 & 1/2 or cream for coffee would have been nice. The shower in the room didn't have the best look to it it looked dirty but wasn't just very old n dingey for sure needs update

The room was nicely appointed and a good size. The bathroom in our room could use a little work as the wall appeared to need some caulking but overall a comfortable room. To be honest what made our stay fantastic was the staff. From start to finish everyone we came in contact with was amazing. All of the front desk personnel, the woman who took care of breakfast, the housekeeping staff...all were amazing. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The bathroom could use a little work.

Michelle the receptionist at the time checked us in promptly. Around 15 minutes later Michelle gave us a courtesy call which I thought was excellent and reassuring. We checked out in the early hours and the night receptionist (woman) was equally very helpful. I thought those staff were an asset to Best Western. Thanks a mill to both for making our stay enjoyable.

Hôtel location, pillow were hard as a bric, we are used to feather pilllows.

The staff exceeded all expectations. we were greeted with kindness every time we walked through lobby. They were also incredibly helpful.

The room’s surfaces could have been more clean( ex . light switch on lamp, headboard).

I loved the staff,all 3 shifts were amazing,Rhoda,Renallie,and the new young woman,were all very helpful with great communication.

There wasn't anything to not like,I would highly recommend this Best Western location to anyone visiting the area.

The place is clean and had what I need. We were greeted by Lamar upon check in who was very happy to welcome us and upbeat. He got us membership upon check in and made sure we got what we need. He looks to be having fun in what he's doing and it reflects with how he treated us

the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing not with just me but took her time to help every individual customer. I’ve said there a few times and she always greets me with a smile and how are you. I adore her

No complaints

clean, comfortable, spacious, breakfast provided, parking easy to get in and out. They brought extra towels and a blanket quickly when requested.

I had to wait for a while when I first arrived. There was nobody at the front desk for about 10 minutes.

Overall I found this hotel to be a very pleasant experience. My room was very clean, the breakfast was good, the staff friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this to those who need to stay in the area.

Got woken up by a fire alarm and elevator was so my blind father almost had to take the stairs. Thanks to your friendly and very apologetic hostess walked us to apartment elevator and aloud us to us them.
