Days Inn by Wyndham East Albuquerque

I accidentally hit downtown on my maps, so I was in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. I called the young man at the front desk of my hotel, and said, where are you?? I can't find the hotel..oh my gosh, he was so kind, I was so upset and so mad that I was lost..he stayed kind and calm through my tantrum..he had me put in the address in my GPS., and stayed on the phone with me till I figured out where I was and where the hotel was..I was so happy when I got there..it was my fault, I hit the wrong location on my phone..I was tired..but the young man at the front desk never got upset at me for being, well, frankly quite rude.. I just couldn't apologize enough to him..I was super happy with the location, it was right off the freeway, with a Panda Express behind it..what more could I have asked for!!!

The beds were really comfortable the shower works great and the room was all together fantastic! It was nice to go into the room that was really comfortable and cool after going outside in the 100ﾟ weather.

My whole family liked everything about this Hotel. We haven't had a good hotel like this in a long time. If I go back to Albuquerque I will definitely stay at this motel!

Room was nice and comfortable. In a convent location to get on and off the interstate.

Breakfast as not the best, needed more selections.

The prices, the privacy, the staff were very nice and helpful.. The comfort of the room. Everything worked and the room was clean. I would stay here again. Very much enjoyed it.

. The microwave wouldn't cook my popcorn 😞 Oh and I was sad I forgot my swimsuit. I wasn't awake early enough to get the breakfast. My fault.

STAFF & LOCATION

The vending machines didn't work and one was completely empty. The clock didn't work and the room could have used updating. But, it was nice enough and very comfortable. Staff especially the gentleman at front desk friendly and very helpful.

was able to get a reservation close to arrive time at a reasonable rate...hotel rate have rocketed more than the gas prices

the staff at check in was not friendly

I appreciate they held the room for us because of tha freeway being shut down due to a fatal accident that caused us to be 2 hours past our expected arrival time.

There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied.

Beds were so comfortable and clean, our had everything we needed was not disappointed at all

The carpet i think they should remove them

Space, staff helpful. When we needed help with TV, someone was sent quickly and he got us the correct remote so we could turn off the TV.

Front door didn’t fit. Cold air came in.
