The room has everything u need, the staff was very nice, the pice was excellent

The only thing I didn’t like was that they said it came with breakfast, even eggs, but they only had donuts, I think they should take it down so people don’t have expectations, I booked that one because of the breakfast. But i still give them a 10 on everything because the place and service was great specially for the price.

It appeared the property was undergoing a renovation the improvements were very positive. The room flooring wasn't carpet which was very pleasing the room was a good size and very clean.

The bathroom was a bit run down and needed some attention. The key card system was difficult to use not only by us but other guests as well several attempts needed to be made before the card would work at the entry and room door.

Room was adequate but it needs updating as does the Hotel its self. The air-conditioning system kept going off, had to keep resetting the temperature for it to work. One of the side doors was not working by using the room key, so we had to keep walking around to the front of the building in order to go back to our room.

The breakfast items were not that great, eggs were runny, had a weird taste, so did the hash browns and the gravy. Coffee was not hot at times. The only saving grace were the breakfast burritos.

fridge and microwave in the room. Nice big table to work at. Nice office chair for comfort to work in. Easy chair was plush and comfortable as well. The room was an exceptional value for the money. The breakfast was a hot breakfast, eggs sausage biscuits and gravy. And the waffles were fantastic! Another bonus that isn’t mentioned is that they offer laundry service if you ask. Couldn’t be more happier with my stay since I was there for about two weeks for work.

The size of the room was wonderful. The bed is one of the most comfortable, supportive beds I have ever slept in. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was helpful and kind. We did not have breakfast there, but it looked good and there was a nice variety of items available.

The glass in the exterior door of entrance D was broken and taped in. The exterior door card reader wasn't working, so anyone could access the interior of the hotel. Some of the parking lot lights were not working, making it dark in some areas. There is a bit of a homeless population in Albuquerque, and it was of some concern because of the non-working access key entrances.

Room was cozy breakfast was delicious they had some really good chile verde staff was very friendly, welcoming, nice, helpful and very resourceful

The mattress was sunken in and a little uncomfortable, part the floor was duck taped down, the restroom had a hole on the wall and the tub was kinda clogged they keys only worked once lol

Breakfast was very good and well prepared. A variety of food was offered, and was always hot. The property was in a very good location and suited my needs well.

While pets are welcome, I feel a dedicated pet walking area would be beneficial. This is in no way a negative comment as I had no difficulty in taking care of my pets needs.

You can tell this is an older Hotel, but the staff was friendly, the breakfast was hot and good. The rooms were clean and we slept well.

The dining room was cold, the coffee maker didn't work in my parent's room next door. There was only one washcloth in the room, luckily I had brought some of my own. A few blocks away there was a homeless encampment that scared my parents, they have never seen anything like that before. We are from the Midwest where you don't see that. The back door that was supposed to only be accessed with a key card did Not lock.

Cleaner than expected based of reviews. Comfortable bed and room. I liked the sliding glass doors to patio so two entrances to room. Pool view was nice. Breakfast and coffee in the morning. Great price for all of this!

Patio screen door was broken. Couldn’t leave it open. Sometimes the side entrances to the hallways would be open when normally you can only access with your room key. Meaning anyone could walk into this hotel when it’s open.

it is the perfect location between AZ to CO trips! Much has changed since Covid, but they remain clean, helpful, affordable and friendly. It is also pet friendly- huge plus.

Only this time, the chemicals used to clean the space were uncomfortably strong for my chemical sensitivities. I didn’t sleep as well as usual, but okay wearing a mask and head under sheet. it was a handicap room, so possibly needed an extra clean up. I’ll still return!
