Location ‘out’ of town, easier access to caves. Spacing in Lobby for BF and soft music. Staff. Hubby slept well which is unusual. Comfy soft sheets but were hot poly/microfiber. K’ette to eat leftovers. Hubby loved tv system. One of best he has ever had (he travels). Shower ok. Less pressure than many but not bad. Good counter space. Big bathroom. Bf ordinary. We’re tired of this type but glad to have it. Soupy oatmeal precooked items. Well lit parking.

Wifi. 12 hrs of trying unsuccessfully to downloading maps. Kept throwing me out after 5 min. Lobby was better but still trouble. Unsuccessful. After 6 weeks of travel 2 other hotels were similar. We booked k suite but were put in K suite accessible room. We Tried to get non accessible or QQ but not an option unless more$. It was just Too big. Seating too Far from tv. Couch was uncomfortable. Great for wheelchairs. Not enough lite in bathroom. Someone getting ice outside our door before 6 am. Woke me up.

beautiful, new property. Awesome waffle and oatmeal bar with lots of toppings. Fatima checked is in and have us lots of tips about visiting the caverns and ensured we had a reservation already, as they were sold out. Comfortable beds! Quiet, couldn’t hear the neighbors.

Our room had a strong sewage smell, it was late so we stayed. the next day we asked to move and they apologized saying that room should never have been given out (Internet was down). And we were upgraded to a suite for our other night. Lack of pork free breakfast options. only one waffle iron so it always took a long time to get one.

We stayed two nights for our visit to Carlsbad Caverns. We thoroughly loved our queen suite with two queen beds! Very clean throughout and the finishes were brand new. The breakfast had good options. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good wifi and TV, the kitchen refrigerator was very large. Very helpful to have the suite with a sofa area and place to eat at a pull-out table because we were avoiding eating out due to COVID. Free parking, right off main road in southern part of town so reaching Carlsbad Caverns took 30-min and very easy route. Cost wasn't exorbitant. Would highly recommend.

We  almost love everything about this hotel. Modern and practical, we love the design  and layout of the room. It has everything we needed for a comfortable longer stay. Furnitures are new, very clean and well maintained.  Bed and linens were comfortable.The kitchenette is great used of space equipped with microwave,, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. No stove top but they have portable one upon request to the reception. Well lighted room, lamps for the seating area,bedroom and work desk. Good use of  privacy curtain. Main window has a thick  drop down curtain that blocks the light. Alot of storage space to put your belongings. Pet friendly room.Nice open lobby. Friendly and professional staff. They follow Covid guidelinesby wearing masks , social distancing and hand sanitizers.  Good location if visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Quick access to the road. Warm breakfast was delicious.

Room has thin walls and can hear every noise from their pantry to the lobby. First night was rough. We couldn't sleep.  Pillows were too soft .

Breakfast was fine - options included waffles, oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee was very good. Staff was clearly out to please, very attentive and gracious. A shoutout to Deanna, who checked us in and explained the hotel accommodations and features. A newer hotel that still smelled new! Well designed room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed & TV with streaming channels. Sparkling white bathroom. Everything above average. Location is at the end of town closest to the National Park.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Not only, was it exceptionally clean ( 2 years new) throughout but the staff were so helpful and accommodating, and beds were super comfy. This felt like a five star hotel. The room was enormous for a one bedroom suite with full size fridge, full kitchen with dishwasher and complete set of cutlery, etc. Most importantly, there was an extra sink and mirror outside of the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom was humongous and dual entrance so that one does not have to enter the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The entire suite was perfectly designed with lots of chairs, tables, desks, and storages. There was two beds in the bedroom and two in the living area. They definitely had a family of 5 in mind when they designed this. I wish all the other hotels would follow suit. Breakfast was plentiful and very good and excellent coffee. Parking free and plenty.

Nothing. Everything was superb!

We had an issue upon checking in, when we went up to the room the room bext dior had a dog barking constantly. It was apparent the dog was left alone in the room. We did go to the front desk to speak to Fatima **She was so very helpful, changed our room, went upstairs to investigate the dog barking, found out who booked the room and tool care of the issue so efficiently. Fatima is a true asset to your front desk. Breakfast was convenient, hot and good selection for us heading g out early to see the caverns.

Breakfast was excellent! Waffles, muffins, fruit, prepared warm breakfast sandwiches (protein)! Wonderfully cold milk was refreshing to everyone, good prepared coffee, there were plenty of options and condiments to make everyone in my family happy. Front desk staff was great help and quick to supply missing product from my kitchenette.

Conveniently located off the main highway. Very clean hotel, night shift receptionist provided excellent customer service. Room was big, and clean. Small fridge, microwave, sink. Walk in shower with hot water. No smell of smoke , pretty quiet throughout the night.

BREAKFAST was a huge let down! Machine for orange juice, apple juice was out of juice by 815am. There was no non-stick spray for the waffle maker so it was very messy. Waffles were buckwheat and grain (are we in California?!) Just overall poor experience with breakfast. I’ve had a better breakfast at $50.00 hotels.

There was a maintenance issue that caused our room type to change from 2 Queen to King/couch, the staff were very helpful in accommodating our needs during this issue. They even offered us an additional room free of charge so we had adequate space for our family of 5. Cody at the front desk helped us get situated (extra blankets,etc) and he was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was awesome, new, clean, great location, and the back patio area was very nice with spaces to eat, fire, corn hole, etc We were very pleased with our stay here. It’s the first night of our 10 day road trip so we’re off to a great start!
