Having 24 hr coffee etc! Lovely big room. Long counter for all our bags Bed wonderful Nice outdoor area and inside lounge area.

Needs more lighting especially kitchen. A tube fluorescent light can be moved around which helped but still needs a couple more standing lamps. Not enough crockery and cutlery. 1 bowl, 1 cereal spoon, no teaspoons! Was told that's all they have. Staff did find me another bowl and teaspoon! Mainstay, Buy some more! Breakfast only cold cereal, yogurt, cold hard boiled egg, toast, apples. Perhaps a couple of hot items would make a big improvement. .

The housekeeping staff was responsive and came to our room to clean up after a maintenance staff left used dishes and tools in our room prior to our arrival. I applaud the housekeeping and front desk staff as it seemed that they were under staffed - thank you!

The maintenance staff had used our room after housekeeping cleaned it and left dirty dishes and tools. The fire alarm went off just before 4am so we didn't have a restful night.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The fridge was full size and there was a kitchenette. Shower was good. Having fresh baked cookies at check-in was an added bonus. Overall great experience.

Check-in staff were not friendly. There were no silverware in the drawers but it didn't matter because we did not eat in. My Choice points are still not registered.

Rebecca at check in was super nice, we arrived 30 min before ck in and we were able to go ahead and ck in. All of the staff was super nice! Warm cookies and fruit bowl at ck in. Super clean, great continental breakfast with hot options daily. Grills and cornhole games on back patio. Beds super comfy, large shower, kitchenettes in rooms.

This hotel is pretty much as close as can be to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadeloupe Mountains National Park. The room had a full refrigerator and full cooking facilities.

Signs everywhere said masks were required but not every staff member followed this.

Everything is new….spacing is nicely planned out for maximum comfort. Full fridge in kitchenette, plenty of room for storage, very high ceilings give a roomier effect. There was a miscommunication with the booking, however, the manager graciously accommodated us and made us feel welcome.

No pool.

I like having the full size frig in the room. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate.

The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I would have liked. It would be nice to include a wine bottle opener and wine glasses. There was only two of each utensil. Having four each would be a lot nicer and more convenient.

The room was roomy and with a good design. The bed was very comfortable for me. The bathroom was exceptionally beautiful and the shower was the great.

There was only blueberry muffins in the muffin selection.

Great staff, comfortable beds, spacious quiet room with little kitchen big tv and nice shower! Short trip to National Parks!

Bookings was a little difficult. Web site shut down several times and switch to other sites. Not sure of the cause but was finally successful
