Ohkay Hotel Casino

The staff was very accommodating, room nice size and clean. Very quiet in the hotel area.

Carrying luggage through casino to hotel rooms (maybe there was another entrance from the back/side we weren’t made aware of). Floors were bare and only a shower (which was fine) but led us to believe it was an accessibility room (we didn’t request one). Maybe none of the rooms have carpet, but we would prefer carpeted room - it felt cold and hard to adjust the thermostat to lower it enough. Since we were already settled in we didn’t want to ask and try to move everything. Bed was a little hard, but we’re used to memory foam. 🙂

The entire room was beautiful. It was very clean without the overbearing odor of dirt and disinfectant. It was quiet. My only complaint was that on my floor, the ice maker didn't work. But, the next floor down did, a quick ride in the elevator and I had all the ice I needed. I will probably always stay at ohkay casino in Espanola every time I spend the night there.

You advertise a fitness center. The fitness center was nonexistent. A door says the fitness center inside had zero exercise equipment. It looks like a storage room with ladders. The property was nice except no fitness center as advertised. That was one of our reasons we booked our stay at your hotel.

The outside of the facility is clean. The lobby was clean, new carpet was colorful and the front desk was friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious, large servings (enough to share!) and the server, Richard, was very attentive.

The air conditioning was not working in the room and the wall control was broken. We immediately called to ask to be moved to a different room but we’re told there was no availability. This was 10 minutes after we had checked in and were asked if we wanted a room on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor! Maintenance was called but it was never repaired. i called the General Manager, it was a Sunday so there wasn’t a GM working. Left a message to give my feedback and no one has called back.

I like it's proximity. You can continue on with your plans..... Wether going north, south, east or west

Breakfasts is too expensive for the average person. And, there is no other place to get a quick "to go" breakfast other than going into Espanola. That is time consuming. As a result one is faced with staying at another hotel within the Espanola city limits.

Great new and clean rooms. If you like casino, just pop up downstairs and you’ll be busy all night ! Free soft drinks next the coffee shop , next the reception. A special thank you to the man who looks after the pool to heat it up ! Really nice guy.

No microwave in the room.

Location away from busy Espanola is why I like to stay at the Ohkay; Breakfast was very good. The spacing for wheelchair was great. The area outside the Hotel-Casino looking west absolutely beatiful. The pricing for the room outstanding.

Probably the gaming machines should be more laxed. We don't win - you win more often. I like the Blazing Sevens machines you didn't have any. I like the mandate and and the enforcement in wearing the mask to combat the spread of covd-19 Thank you!

Central location to Puye Cliff Dwelling & Taos. Reception desk staff were nice. Ask staff to recommend where to eat.

Main restaurant was closed. Room was too cold. Swimming pool has no shade and was not clean. Have to drive to Española to eat out.

.nice clean hotel, showers were nice with great water pressure and beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Over all stay was pleasant. I'm sure if I focus on what I didn't like I cam find something but I had a great stay and staff was great. Very clean hotel.

We had our elder mother w us , thank you for extra blanket but no heat was kinda upsetting her , she starts cramping when she’s cold . She called to the front but no body come to check . For us young ppl it’s fine with us everything was excellent but our elders will always not be happy . We try to keep our mom happy as much as we could . Coming from up north we still build fires

It’s comfortable here , no noise, we love it but it was just mom being cold , no heat . Than we got to food court late thinking it stayed open all night 😁 we can’t find no drinks 😳 water or sodas ! Gifts couldn’t sell us none mom had at tough night !!!
