Exterior was clean and beautiful. The lobby area was very cozy and beautiful. The rooms were tastefully done without going "over the top". The valet people were super-nice and accomodating.

The knowledge of the front desk people were VERY poor, we were sent on a "wild goose-chase" to a place that was closed. The dining room (for breakfast) were not creative and the menu was basic at best for a VERY expensive price.... not appreciated :( You guys would be better off creating a fresh buffet with fruits, cheeses, artisan bread, cereal bar- like most high-end hotels and just charge a flat fee, so much more enjoyable for the guests!

We’ve stayed here before and we love the staff and ambience

The pool was under construction and I didn’t get any notification of that before we arrived. I don’t think there was any staff working in the spa and the gym facilities are in a small room off the parking lot. Not happy that they charged a $30 fee for the resort amenities when the resort amenities are not available.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Easy second floor access via stairs or elevator. Very quiet room and adjustable temperature option. TV selections and options to add own Netflix account was a plus.

Balcony seating looked at concrete wall. Would have been better to have bar height seating so you could see over it. Make up mirror didn't work - bulb burned out? No fan in bathroom (or perhaps wasn't functioning?) Kcup instead of ecofriendly drip coffeemaker.

Fantastic customer service — from the front desk to the incredible valet staff. The whole team was so kind to my pet as we were moving cross-country. I also really loved the drinks, vibe and service at Agave. Amazing margaritas! Finally, you can’t beat the location — right by everything!

I was a little bummed that the whole pool area was closed for renovation. I didn’t stay there for the pool so it was fine — the renderings of the finished project look gorgeous.

I loved the staff very much here. Anytime I get Marcel at the restaurant bar, Caroline serving in the Living Room, Arturo making the drinks there and Samara running the front desk, it’s going to be a good day! The pool is incredible, the view is top notch, I am surrounded in peace, the food is unbelievable, the decor is outstanding and you feel like a celebrity at every turn. Yes, this place is not inexpensive, but you’ll know where your money went!

The bathrooms are a little weak.

You can't beat the location of this property! So close to the Plaza, museums, restaurants and Canyon Road. Staff were outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. We loved our room! Very comfortable. Great happy hour, and the bartender went above and beyond to take care of us. We ate our last dinner at the bar and the food was excellent. The pool area was beautiful! so many gorgeous flowers that attracted hummingbirds.

We can't think of a thing that we didn't like, and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location. Close to galleries, shopping, points of interests, and restaurants (go eat at The Pink Adobe-been in business for over 50 years). The hotel is an older building, so there were some inconveniences, such as light switches in peculiar places, no exhaust to suck out the steam, and the shower spray was all over the place. Was disappointed that we couldn't have a microwave, but the desk attendant told us it was due to a city ordinance. Although the website said we'd need masks, we were not told to wear them when walking about (Thank you, Loretto Inn). If you book a stay, be absolutely sure to book a massage or spa treatment with the hotel spa. My masseuse, Linda, was incredibly talented. I'd say the BEST I'd ever had. I'd stay here again if only for the spa!

Wasn't happy that it didn't have a working fireplace or microwave. The staff wasn't the friendliest with the exception of the woman who helped us carry our bags to the room the night we arrived, and the fellow that helped with the baggage on the day we left. These two were helpful and had a great attitude. Made us feel welcome. I wish I could remember their names.

Did not know about this. Glad there was a refrigerator in the room

Would have liked coffee available- did not receive “voucher” - which we found out we were supposed to have received on the day we checked out. We needed small plates on one occasion and were given large plastic containers to use instead! Also would have appreciated a microwave in the room

Location

Staff in the lounge were a little mean and made us leave when we were eating food from Crafted which is from the same property rather than ordering lounge food. Also aesthetician was somewhat odd and spent a lot of time during the treatment putting things together for a good part of the 80 minute treatment and the tool was cold and she didn’t offer to turn on the heat on the table

We planned to shop on the square/plaza so this proximity to the shops was perfect for walking around. We liked that we could do valet parking and not have to pay to park elsewhere. It was close to walk to restaurants for meals.

The room was fairly small but not so much that I would not stay there again. I didn't like staying so close to the church as we weren't able to sleep in on the weekends since the church bells woke you up and rang every 15 mins and on the hour.
