Amazing location for exploring Santa Fe, lovely adobe style architecture perfectly in sync with the charming little city and an unique style of independent units each with its own personality, eclectic decor and style elements, a beautiful shared courtyard for relaxing, and extreme attention to detail in how the room was stocked. We stayed in Room #2 (Silver Moon) which was away from the street and very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend the place for a low key but extremely memorable stay in Santa Fe, without breaking the bank.

Not really a negative but the style of no front desk or direct human interaction was effective although a tad bit weird. However everything was very well communicated and smoothly organized.

The size of the room. The large and very comfortable bed. The elegant decor. The extras: coffee/coffee maker and tea; microwave oven. The location, within walking distance of the Plaza and good restaurants. The very pleasant garden with a couple of tables and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine and a snack.

We like to read, and missed reading lamps by the comfortable sofa. So we had to rearrange the furniture a bit to get one of the lamps near the bed on one side of the sofa. Adequate, but not ideal.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space with charming decor. Our host, Bernard, was very accommodating. He even offered to move us to a different room to see if it would be better for the street noise. The location is very close to many of the attractions you will want to enjoy in Santa Fe!

The street in front of the unit we stayed in had a lot of traffic noise. Trash pickup happened very early in the morning right outside the window by the bed. If you are a lite sleeper, you may want to bring some type of noise blocking ear plugs.

Casas de Tres Lunas is only a short walk away from the Santa Fe plaza and all the other attractions of Santa Fe. It is a lovely spot with an outdoor shared courtyard, in the classic adobe architectural style of the area. The room was lovely, with lots of 'character', nice art pieces and furniture, and a comfy couch for sitting after a long day of walking about! Needless to say perhaps, but it was very clean and well provisioned with everything one might need, including a fridge, tea and coffee makings, glasses and cutlery. There was parking just across the road from the accommodation, it was quiet and peaceful at night, in short a perfect spot from which to explore and enjoy the delights of Santa Fe. Even though it was so close to central Santa Fe, it was also not far (<10 mins by car) to the lovely forested areas off Canyon Rd where there is a network of well marked hiking trails (see Dale Ball trails) for those so inclined.

We experienced all of the positives cited in other reviews: excellent location (really could not be better); friendly and efficient staff; convenient and free parking; FANTASTIC value. My wife and I stayed in one room and her 80-year-old parents stayed in another for 8 nights in late May, and we had a great time. We were able to walk everywhere: the Plaza is 2-3 blocks away; numerous restaurants are within a 5-6 block radius; and even the O'Keeffe Museum is within 10 blocks. Parking is across Paseo and provides VERY easy in-and-out access, which is important if you wish to explore the rest of Northern New Mexico.

Some aspects of the rooms could be updated. It is also true some of the rooms face directly onto Paseo de Peralta, which is a busy--but quiet at night--two-lane city street. You don't book this Inn, however, if you're looking to stay at a resort. There is no spa; there is no concierge; there is no room service. If you want a resort, book a resort. If you want a comfortable place in an excellent location at great value, stay here.

great location, and very large room (really a suite) with a modest kitchen. The decor is eclectic --not upscale but comfortable. we didn't use the little courtyard with tables because the weather was chilly, but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The feel was authentic old Santa Fe -- if you want luxe or modern, this is not your place. But we would choose it again! We were in a second floor room with no elevator--not a problem for us. The rooms on the courtyard are quiet. Every room is different but I suspect that they all have charming features.

Tub was old with no drain stopper...shower only.

more like an apartment than a hotel room. very comfortable bed and good size bathroom. location was in a good area to walk to plaza and attractions. parking over the road from stay with a permit provided, you can drop off at rooms then park after, so no lugging cases across road. we left car parked and walked to most places. access via keycode pad, so no worries about losing door key/card. aircon works very well, we had to turn it off for long periods as it was too cold.

could do with more coat hangers if staying for longer period.

The room was very cute and fit the style of Santa Fe. The only time we had to get in the car was to drive to the ski/ sledding area to hike. The plaza district was a short walk from the room.

Unfortunately I didn’t know upon booking the room was on the street side. If you are use to cars going by, it’s no big deal. My husband had a hard time sleeping with the street noise. The floors are not level, which can be expected with an older place, but made the bed tilt toward the head. There was not enough hot water for me to wash my hair and shave. This probably would not be an issue during the summer or warmer months. We tried to use the fire place one night, but it made the room very smoky, so that was disappointing (yes, we made sure the flue was open).

Cute small hotel with a GREAT location and convenient parking. We had room #1 which had a great location outside of the courtyard and away from traffic. Room was big enough for us and had the amenities you would expect. The keva fireplace is an extra nice touch. Would have loved to spend time in the courtyard but too cold when we were there in December.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. It was kind of cold when we were there (down to 25 at night, 30-40 at day) and the only heating source in the room was a heat pump, no extra warm blankets or comforters. Room could need a makeover, outdated furniture and curtains, could easily crank up the southwest boho vibe here!

We had to fix the bathroom water faucet ourselves b/c there was only hot water instead. The home was beautiful but at very high price and prob won’t go again. The bathroom faucets need some professional work, my only complaint. There are many lovely hotel options in Santa Fe. However on the plus side we were left alone to do our thing & we were there only 3 days. Santa Fe is a small town very expensive, price gouging is more like it. But if you can afford the $300+/day price tag for a room better to go somewhere else with room service. It was quiet, & we felt like no one was going to make alot of noise other than street traffic which was negligible. I feel that the price of entry went to beautiful furnishings. It was clean, provided coffee, & a couple bottles of water, lots of clean towels & robes. Direct TV, wireless connected easily. We had a nice time.
