Loved the spacious room, the modern style & cleanliness. Nice bedding and amenities were high end - the touch of the air purifier, nespresso machine, bath gowns were all lovely and thoughtful. Staff were very friendly and really helpful in looking up restaurants nearby. Continental breakfast fruit plate was nice, and the staff accommodated those that wanted to enjoy their breakfast in the rooms! I liked that the rooms were spread out into little houses vs. a hotel floor. Best pet friendly stay I've been to, and loved the huge backyard that was really well kept! Location was fantastic, and walking distance to some of the nicest restaurants in town, only 10 mins drive to East Hampton. Afternoon cookies were delicious as well.
There wasn't anything we didn't like, but I wish the breakfast included some simple warm dishes vs. all continental.

The staff and the owner were amazing. Great people. The property is beautifully situated. A pool and some more seating areas would be a great addition. Breakfast was always fresh and enjoyable. Great to have bikes.
One thing I would say is that the sound control within the room needs to improve. We stayed on the ground floor. The room above had children that would run around all night and the adult would constantly be on the stairs outside of our room on the phone early in the morning. The sound permeates through the walls and you hear every step. Also, there should be enough bicycles for everyone. Bikes should be assigned to guests so they can flow in and out without the stress of another guest taking the bike. I feel the hotel is small enough to accommodate this. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast was amazing, on Sunday the hotel offered a Mother's Day Brunch for all the guests. Everything was fresh and tasty. Another star to the room service option for breakfast.

The hotel itself was beautiful - the greenery, spacious layout, peacefulness - just what we were looking for to escape the city life for a couple of days. It was also very pet friendly, our puppy received a chew bone as a gift upon arrival. The rooms were extremely clean and modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. I can't wait to stay again soon.

Great location and very quiet. The grounds are well kept with ample space to sit and relax outdoors. Convenient to town and the beach. Staff was pleasant and helpful whenever the need came.
