The amenities. Price fix dinner menu, shuttle to beach, pool, Adirondack chairs, very clean, friendly service.

No complimentary coffee or tea in public space. Coffee machine in room is not good for tea drinkers. Would have loved steeped tea with real milk. Went to local deli for early morning tea before heading out for early morning walk.

I liked everything. The location was excellent and the room was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. The facilities were really good.. the game’s room for the children was a big hit, as were the outdoor games.. the complimentary Wi-Fi was excellent, staff extremely helpful. I’d definitely recommend the Southampton Inn to friends and family.

This was our second stay and we love it- that's why we returned. Perfect location- beautiful surroundings. Very reasonable price compared to other places. We Love Breakfast at Claude's. Cooper's Beach was spectacular as well. We borrowed Bicycles that they have for guest and rode around the area, rose to the beach, saw gorgeous homes - it was fantastic!

Location is unbeatable. Right on the outskirts of town and walking distance to town for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc..

Property is showing some signs of age. Pool could use some resurfacing and some really nice cushioned lounge chairs. Pretty dated outdoor furniture for todays day and age.

Excellent location. Five-minute walk to Southampton Main Street. Excellent restaurants at a walking distance. 20-minute walk to the nearest beach. Beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Nice staff. Good WiFi connection, even in the garden.

For the price, rooms are very small. Menu breakfast is pretty limited and pricey. Yo are charged $10 an hour if you want to use the bikes. $40 for the full day. Ridiculously expensive and unnecessary bearing in mind how much you pay for accommodation.

I asked for a 2 hour later check out which was not possible due fully booked. But it was able to book a additional room at the reception or through booking. Also I booked another night it would have been possible. So that is a bit strange.

Very cute hotel perfectly located in the village of Southampton. Staff were friendly and helpful and love the little cat in the lobby presiding over things!

air condition problems not fixed properly. need to switch rooms. very small and steep staircases tobthe room.

So many fun outdoor activities to do onsight around the pool- shuffleboard, pingpong, connect four, pickeleball and tennis, etc. Nice settings for outdoor dining

Would have liked later check-out time, but I understand popular season for rooms.

The staff was very accommodating to our requests. They have a nice courtyard by the pool with activities to do on the grass area. They were friendly to our dogs, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants downtown.
