Best Western Brockport Inn & Suites

Breakfast was very good for American standard. Hotel was new, very clean and the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice garden surrounding the hotel.

It would have been great if the garden had been equipped with some garden furniture to enable guests to relax and to have breakfast in the wonderful garden. But I was told that this is planned.

Breakfast was very nice and changed every day. Excellent scrambled eggs! Plenty of other options to choose from.

$30 per night for a pet fee when housekeepers did not enter our room for two full days is excessive. Our two cats are impeccably clean and the room was left as clean as when we checked in. $50 refundable deposit would be enough.

it was clean and well groomed landscaping well lit at night when I got there the best part about the Best Western Brockport Inn and suites was the young woman who greeted me when I arrived Lupe she was wonderful I was frazzled when I checked in and her kindness put me at ease we need more Lupe’s in this world

I would’ve loved to of gone swimming or maybe a sauna Jacuzzi tub

I liked the bathroom and shower and tub. Everything in the room was great. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. His name was Bill and he let me know that I was upstairs in the penthouse and gave me directions to the elevator. It's a beautiful hotel!

First of all, the high ratings were appropriate, plus the price was excellent on top of the great room. The young lady at check-in was friendly and pointed out all the amenities, provided some helpful hints and told me who would be replacing her after she left in case I needed anything.

The first night was great. I had the end room next to the stairs so I heard the stair door numerous times but it wasn't too bad. The second night, the room across from me had two young kids who were running in the hall and loud, opening and closing the door frequently. Fortunately, they quieted down at 9:30 which was when I was going to sleep anyway.

Very clean, friendly staff upon check in and check out, comfortable updated fresh rooms, 3 min drive to SUNY Brockport, great breakfast options

Elevator out of order but not a big deal for us and there were only 2 floors. It was likely fixed the next day

The place was nice and clean. I was hesitant to book this due to reputation of this chain in my area, but after staying at the Brockport location, I am glad we chose it over the competition.

We had some heavy walking people above us. There was a large family staying in multiple rooms and when some would go out front to smoke, the kids were all over the entrance, lobby and parking lot. Really nothing the Hotel can do, and kids will be kids.

The place is comfortable Andrew in a good location for me. I visit yearly and normally stay at this facility

This is the first time I’ve had to beg for room service I did not know you were not cleaning rooms when I stayed last October it was every other day so I requested towels after the first day asked for room service and the third day we stayed a fourth day and then I begged them to clean a room and they change their sheets but did not vacuum the floor the floor still had particles on it and we saw ants

The breakfast was a great addition. It was very clean in the common area, but there was some hair on the floor in the bathroom. I appreciated the clenliness!

The ice machine was broken. I wouod have liked to have been able to get ice since it was summer!

We were not expecting this level of hotel for the price we paid. We were very skeptical before we got to check in but by the time we left we could not be more satisfied. The entire hotel could not of been any cleaner. Our room looked like we were the very first people to stay there. People should not be scared off by the price. This is a first rate stay. Thank you so much.
