Best Western Plus Brooklyn Bay Hotel

It’s good for the customer to find a bottle water in the refrigerator. I was thirty and I didn’t have any change to buy a bottle water neither the front desk didn’t have change for $20 after a long trip I walked 3 block to find change so I can buy a bottle water. Please leave a bottle water in the room.

Great location, very friendly staff, parking at the hotel so we didnt need to move the car,walking distance to the bay and restaurant's, bus right on the corner and you could walk to the beach or take a short cab ride to Coney and other area attractions.

Nothing, will be staying there again.

Excellent variety of buffet breakfast. Staff quick to refill hot food bins. Comfortable king-sized bed in bright, cheerful room. Excellent location for restaurants, shopping and transportation. One restaurant offered room servce delivery. SS

Shower should have been fully enclosed and not so strong. Easy to get bathroom floor flooded. A close-up mirror on the wall for shaving and makeup should be installed.

Chose location based on proximity to church for a funeral I was attending. I was happy to find it and had anticipated needing to pay more for a decent place to stay in NYC. It is somewhat dated in furnishings style, but everything was in good condition and super clean. Plus front desk staff were extra friendly and helpful!

Call first to navigate how to get your vehicle parked while checking in. We arrived at night and it doesn’t have a clearly marked ‘holding area’ for cars while you’re checking in. Staff was very helpful finding us spot to park in hotel garage!

So convenient to restaurants and the rehab center where we visited a family member. So clean felt very covid safe .

It was a very nice stay and we will stay again only a couple of improvements that we saw . We were on the first floor and the window didn’t lock so felt a little uncomfortable about that. We were grateful for early check in but the gentleman checking us in didn’t tell us about breakfast and that they had a sign we missed about their covid cleaning policies. I guess just a little more info at check in would be good.

I ligit thought this hotel was going to be a bug Motel. I arrived late night and buzzed I was buzzed in by the staff. Super quick chec-In a 12am. All the facilities were super clean and to my surprise, there was underground and level parking. Breakfast was great!! Super close to my event all weekend. It’s in Manhattan beach, which at night doesn’t do it justice, in the am, you’re in a bay and beach side. Loved it, would go back!!

Love the location, love how nice the staff, and how cozy the rooms are, and breakfast is always a plus.

This time there was a lot of ants in the bathroom when I checked in which was unusual.

The location, cleanliness, and staff were all great. WWE got a good deal on the hotel through Booking.com considering that this is already a holiday season.

The mattress on the bed was horrible, it sagged in the middle. It was impossible to get comfortable.
