There wasn’t too much to like about the property. It was basic. But I did like how, the house keeping was very great on cleaning the rooms and area, very hospitable and helpful to me. Bathroom was up to date, clean and smelled like bleach and other cleaning solutions. That made me extremely happy and comfortable.
Property was ok. The rooms was a bit small. The are was a bit shabby. The only problem was, the TV was poor quality, at times it would stop working, and the room smelled like old furniture and cigarettes. Rugs might need to be changed or a deep shampoo cleaning.

I hated the location, in the middle of an almost industrial block I remember the NYC sanitation depot and other work shops surrounding the hotel

Easy check in, clean room, location is very convenient with street parking available and many good and nice restaurants around the area. Close to Coney Island too!
There was some smell of smoking in the hallway. I wasn’t sure if it was coming from outside through the window or maybe someone in the other room may have been smoking which is not allowed.

The room was not bad, the bathroom has really nice lighting and the location was very convenient.
Something seemed to be wrong with the tv but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We were also a bit disappointed there was no breakfast but we understood that it was because of the Covid situation so also not a big deal. Our shower seemed to have a leak as well but it was not a major issue.

THIS HOTEL STAY WAS WAY BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS STAYS. THEY HAVE CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THERE WAS NO MARIJUANA SMELL IN MY ROOM OR HALLWAYS THIS VISIT. I HOPE THEY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WILL VISIT AGAIN.
