Umbrella Hotel Brooklyn

There was no breakfast. (1)The location was close to 2 different train lines. (2)There were not many eateries close by.(3)The staff was professional and very courteous. I will stay again-especially if there is breakfast.

(1)There was no meal as advertised on Booking.com. The staff said breakfast was stopped during Covid. Other hotels have returned to offering breakfast. (2) I asked for a discounted price because my stay would be for a few weeks, but the manager assured me that was not possible, although she offered a price reduction. Why does the weekend rate escalate? It is prohibitively expensive.(3) The hot water comes on in the shower, then quickly becomes cold, and one must wait close to 5minutes for warm then hot water. (4) A maintenance man came-spoke little English. Turned on the tap-the water was hot. He looked at me and said-good. I was unable to explain what I wrote to you.

I like the style and the bed was comfortable and the fact that it had a mini fridge and microwave was awesome

nothing really it was all very accommodating the lighting in the bathroom could’ve been a bit better and the quality of the channels on the TV but overall it was a good stay. I would say put the wifi password in the room like on a welcome note by the microwave and fridge.

Parking is thr biggest plus for me besides hospitality. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive along with being very helpful with my questions cares and concerns. I would love to come back and stay for my next visit. The other thing that this hotel does that i didn't have before was...I was running late to check in and they.gabe me a courtesy call which I was sold upon..Very nice gesture..i will be back..thank you for the service provided. Staff and everyone was very nice

No complaints except no closet to hang anything

It was clean and nice sized room and bed , street parking was easy as well.

I had a smoking room i didnt like that the room had sheets that had a hole burnt into it i didnt like that i had to sleep with sheet thats had a hole in it from previous guest at that point the sheets need to be disposed of theres a hole in it

Honestly my stay was very pleasant and comfortable the room was spacious and I love the bathroom with the walk in shower

The only complaint I have was the was no porn on the TV and the beds are very squeaky other then that I love the hotel

There was no breakfast at all, either ordered out or stuffed myself up with junk food lol

There was hardly any t.v channels on cable television just like 3 cable ones and Luke 5 regular channels

I like how the location isnt too far from where I live, easy access. I love how they have smoking rooms options thats my favorite part. I like how they are beginning to add a mini fridge & microwave in every room now

I dont like how the tv is sort of out dated as far as the channels I literally never wanna watch anything on their tv I always have to bring a laptop or something of my own to watch on

Telephone didnt work.....parking was horrible...couldn't get any natural light....windows were covered with a decorative film

i can smoke it’s clean and most of the staff are extremely nice

2 of the staff had attitudes and im not here for it

Add at least a small table in the room so people can eat or put their food on it
