Enjoyed an early breakfast before leaving on our triip home

I forwarded an email of complaint shortly after arriving home. In short, our room had no normal bed pillows. What we were provided instead were a poor substitute for a pillow. Large, round, very wide objects that looked like "logs" that were way too firm to be comfortable. As a result, neither my wife nor I got any sleet that night. We were up at 6:30 a m and got something to eat before leaving for home. Both of us arrived at home exhausted. Very bad stay.

We were very impressed with the Microtel Inn in Macedon, NY. Everyone was very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed breakfast. Our room did have a hair dryer and a refrigerator (no freezer). These two items were not listed on your amenities, but I did call and was happy they were included. We will definitely return to a Microtel Inn.

It might be a microtel but it is clean, comfy and well thought out. The bed was amazing, the pillows amazing, the shower amazing. So clean and smelt lovely. I slept so well!

Not much. Only stayed a night. I got there at 1:30am, and there was someone there to welcome me. I on,t didn’t like that I couldn’t check out the other facilities they offered. I would have liked to try the gym.

We stayed in the hotel the day after it opened! Everything was pristine. The staff was especially friendly. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. Who doesn't like homemade waffles?! A new KFC was located across the parking lot. The location was easily accessible.

We were situated in an adjoining room next to a family. You could hear them clearly through the door.

This is a brand new motel! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are small-ish, but very conveniently designed! The beds and bedding linen are very comfortable and the showers are large!

I would stay here again! But if you're looking for a hot breakfast buffet, there isn't one. A nice Continental breakfast with waffles, though.

The staff were amazing, very friendly! Breakfast and food were good. Wish I had time to see more of the facilities, like the gym, but overall it was great.

Had to get used to the power situation in my room. Using an eco-based card reader to turn on the lights in my room was a little unusual.

Everything was great. Bed was really comfy. Only thing I wish I knew which I didn't see while booking that it was pet friendly found out when we were leaving and saw a bunch of dogs and when you go straight to the website it says pet friendly. Definitely not the hotels fault just user

Its only a couple weeks old when we stayed so you could still smell the newness. Very neat and clean. Breakfast was wonderful

There was only one check-in person on the weekend and there were quit a few events going on, so it was difficult for those just coming in. I had already reserved so it was easy for me.

The property was very clean and close to a Walmart and there is a KFC on the same side as the Inn itself.

There is no swimming pool at this location and the televisions in the fitness didn’t not work. I tried several times to get them to work by unplugging and resetting them without success.

The only thing was that at the beginning they didn’t clean our room and we had to ask for bathroom stuff. But other than that, everything was great.
