Best Western Palmyra Inn & Suites

We liked the breakfast. We didn't know if there was variation from day to day (is it always scrambled eggs and sausage?) I really liked the great wi-fi and great TV and channel selection! We liked the very comfortable bed. The staff was also courteous, and the accommodations were well kept up.

I didn't like the people in rooms next to us or near to us slamming doors very loudly several times on a couple of nights. Thank God they quieted down by 10:00 so we could sleep! The table I used for my computer was very small; I had hoped for a regular-sized desk. Mostly, we didn't like the room not being cleaned for four days (on the first day, we neglected to put the right notice in the door). When I walked down the hall to mention it to the cleaning lady, she told me she was understaffed. I asked her for some towels and other things to take back with me. The room was not cleaned the next day, either. Even if we request it, it seems the room is only cleaned on the first day that people move in.

I liked that the hotel was minutes away from all the LDS Church historical sites. Loved the hotel staff how friendly and accommodating, Rooms were very large and beds were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and lots of hot food options along with many normal things on continental breakfast . wish we could have stayed longer but we are on a schedule, Thanks Palmyra BW staff

Breakfast options were very good. Would have like more fresh fruit, only offered apples and would have liked a muffin or sweet roll option. Eggs were luke warm but delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Coffee was plentiful and delicious.

size of bathroom sink extremely small. Seemed like air conditioner was too large for room, It got room cold but humidity was very very high. Channel guide was mostly wrong. Could use another entrance, exit.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the room we stayed at. It was very relaxing and helped my sore joints and muscles. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was clean and big. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also better than a normal hotel breakfast.

I was hopong to use the hot tub in the fitness room but it was locked.

Was busy and did not try it. There was food at conference I attended

Was not told that Towels were not replaced daily, but only on my request. ( found this out the last day) Also, had trouble with the key card. ( but technology and I don't always get along) they did however fix it or issue me a new one!

Clean, spacious, cool and dry, fridge and microwave, ensuite bathroom, quiet, lots of hot water and great pressure. Well stocked supplies, friendly staff, sausage and eggs, cart for luggage. I will join whatever club you have to get a great weekly rate!!!

$180 for 1 person, one night is excessive. For Booking to say I got the last room of that type was deceptive. We have enough stress when we are away from home. A comparable room through Choice Hotels costs me close to $100. Palmyra doesn't have any Choice Hotels, so I am grateful you are there. Thanks!

Modern, large hotel, with good free breakfast. We were able to keep our bikes in our first floor room, with easy access from outside. Location was on a state highway several miles out of town and off the trail, with inadequate shoulders for bikes, although traffic was not heavy.

No complaints, except a location closer to downtown and the Empire State Trail would have been preferred.

Breakfast was delicious. the hotel laundry was easy to use and the hotel has supplies you can purchase to use. comfortable and quiet. great stay.

didn’t know when I was booking my room came with a sofa sleeper. would like to know in the future so I can get this room again. worked out good for all of us. refrigerator was off when we put food in there we didn’t notice and lost our food.

Quick check in and Free parking added to the cozy stay in a well cleaned room. The free breakfast was delicious and had lots of options! Great stay overall!

I have no complaints. The rooms were nice. There was nothing I could think to add to make it better.

Staff was very helpful, especially a young lady named Jasmine who really stood out above the others. She was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, local attractions, and seemed to really know the area very well. Our group will definitely be back again next year.

Some of the others in our group had room issues. One couple had a toilet that overflowed when they checked it. We're assigned another room that the couldn't gain access to only to find out it was already occupied.
