Everything accept the noise till after midnight

The noise and when sitting on my bed in my room trying to enjoy a peaceful night the headboard started moving The kids in the room next door were jumping on the beds I believe in children and families enjoying New Years Eves. but there should also be rooms away from the families so single people can enjoy their time too

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable beds and like that the pool was open until 10.

Loud guests. I know that isn't the hotels fault, but we requested a room in the quietest part of the hotel, and putting us on the second floor and someone directly above us on the third floor (who sounded like they were literally moving furniture around most of the night) was probably not the best way to honor our request.

Hotel rooms, the immediate attractions and food variety.

The unpleasant disruption of my stay by a notorious guest who by her own action and inability to comprehend the Booking protocol barged into my room and made several nasty remarks to me and the hotel staff

The location was fantastic. They had GREAT apples at breakfast--not the crappy ones many hotels have. The elevators were quiet. The fitness room was decent.

THe carpeting in my room was frayed and ugly where it met the flooring that led to the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The breakfast and the server were excellent. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were very impressed with the doggie waste bags and separate trash can to place them in. We enjoyed having coffee & hot chocolate available all day.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming.

Well I loved the jacuzzi in the room, the breakfast was great and loved that our room was close to lobby.

What I didn't like was that a child in the room above us was running in the room and stomping at late evening hours but did quit around 10pm.

The room was very clean. They offered a full complimentary breakfast every morning that had a huge variety and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the area.

When the top sheet was pulled back there was a potato chip towards the top of the bed closest to the side table with the phone. weird a bed was made with a potato chip in plain sight.

We liked the option to choose our room and so it was close to the pool for our kids. With COVID everything has changed and we appreciated the communication from the staff about what those changes included. None were too stiff that they didn’t allow for fun while being safe.

Only thing was the pool. Not on behalf of the hotel, but the sheer fact that other adults and parents could not/would not follow the rules clearly outlined and provided by the staff when checking in. Limit of 10 people in the space at a time and to please limit your pool time to 1hr, allowing other families to partake. We found ourselves checking every hour or so and seeing the same very large (20 people) family/friend group in there for quite some time. One quick call to the front desk allowed for about 30mins or swim time for our kids before another mother came in with another very large group of children, clearly not caring about the rules. We’re a family of 5, so we gathered up our girls after noticing, that group put us well over the 10 person limit.
