I love staying at Home2 suites. Christian at the front desk has always been really wonderful accommodating and professional. my rooms have always been clean and anything that I needed was addressed immediately. For example I made a comment that a lot of light was coming in my room from under the door and was difficult to sleep with the noise and light from the hallway. the next time I went to the hotel about 4 months later I noticed all the doors had a little piece blocking that 2-in area under all the doors which was really nice that they addressed that.

This trip it appeared the cleaning was a little rushed the amenities weren't refilled in the bathroom one of the sockets didn't work but I did get an email assuring me that all those things will be addressed and they were very sorry that that occurred. I also think it would be nice for them to put a complimentary sleeping mask for the guests.. there's so many lights coming from the television and the clock and the phone and the fire alarm and they honestly keep me up at night.

Liked the large family room we had which was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and happy to help in anyway that they could.

Breakfast was nice but felt there could have been more choice of food. We liked the swimming pool as we were the only one's using it at the time. Felt if the pool area got busy then it would not have been enjoyable and probably would have left the pool.

Hotel to suites from beginning to end Christian at the front desk super welcoming and professional my room was huge super clean and very comfortable... it's an a+ hotel great breakfast in the morning safe area not too far from the ocean. Amazing to have a full kitchen and ample room for relaxing

You're super plush blankets are very cozy but the air conditioning has to be on otherwise you're soo hot sleeping. the air conditioner was loud and woke me up all night long coming on every 30 minutes or so.

Everything was nice and modern..It was a great staycation. Breakfast was good had some great choices to choose from. Very relaxing and it was nice to know that Walmart is right next door if we needed anything. Room has a lot of secret places to hide stuff to create more room for kids to run around a little bit

Nothing to complain about but just some guest was loud at night but that out of the hotel control. but it was just kids being drunk. my bed was a little to soft for me. Maybe its just me but I like my bed kinda firm.

I liked the room, and how their was a mini kitchen.

The breakfast wasn’t being refilled when there wasn’t anymore.. also the floor that surrounds the pool is EXTREMELY slippery. It’s not the proper floor. The sign says their not responsible for anyone getting hurt, but someone WILL sue them for that. My 2 yr old fell once (while WALKING) around the pool, and my 7 yr old fell!! thankfully did hurt themselves.. but I even slipped! That should seriously be looked into!!

The hotel is very modern and clean. I stayed the night as a getaway from home, I live 15 minutes from the hotel. The room is amazing. Clean, huge and so many amenities in the room and in the hotel. I used the pool which was also very clean and a comfortable temperature. The staff is excellent, everyone I came in contact with was wonderful and accommodating. The bed was perfect. My one and only issue was noise from the room above. Not a crazy amount but I was able to hear them get up to go to the bathroom a few times. The breakfast out does any other place I have EVER stayed at. It is 5 stars for sure!! I will definitely be back.

The breakfast had good options. There was something for everyone. The room was huge! We had plenty of room to spread out and the larger than expected mini kitchen area was a nice perk. The room was clean and well designed maximizing the space well.

The hotel must be in a relatively new area as our GPS had a tough time directing us properly. There was so much good about the property, the only recommendation I might suggest would be for housekeeping to be aware when the pillowcases and sheets begin to pill and replace when noticed. That’s the “princess and the pea” speaking😉.

I loved staying here! I travel a lot, and I have to say this was my favorite stay in this price range. Most notably was the bed and bedding! So comfortable that I took the bedding off to photograph each item’s tag in hopes of buying them for my home bed! Yes, really. it was like sleeping on a cloud. The cleanliness, flooring, spaciousness, window blind system, decor, and amenities come in as a group close second! I used the Lao dry facility, was granted a late check out, was given a room with a tub as requested, and took advantage of free breakfast and a quiet couch to read on by the outdoor fire pit. I really have absolutely no complaints or criticism, and honestly, I kind of dreaded going home to my bed haha. Thank you! I will always look for a Home2Suite in my future travels.

the staff and property were great! The facility was clean and breakfast was great as well.

The tv was a problem as there was no guide to even see what was on, times or schedules. This was problematic as we were stuck in a blizzard. I also so quite a bit of what appeared to be homeless people coming out of the hotel frequently. If I was traveling alone, I would certainly not feel comfortable with this.

Very clean and no awkward smells or stale cigarette/mildew smells. Staff was extremely polite and professional. Overall it was pretty quiet or maybe where our room was but we didn’t hear any loud noises and people like you’re apt to in other hotels.

Pool was heavily chlorinated and “salty” but we understand with Covid and all it’s better to be over cautious than anything. Breakfast was your typical “continental” fare but we expected something more from something with the Hilton name attached. Very lackadaisical.
