The breakfast was fabulous the first day we checked in. And was mostly terrific the rest of the time. The hotel decor and lobby were fantastic to spend time in.

The pancake machine only had mix the first 2 days. Other breakfast things kept running out too. Im guessing this is supply chain issues so it's understandable. Getting housekeeping was difficult. It took 2 days of requests. It was because we had our stuff on the floor and on the bed as was explained to us in a note. It just took a while to get the note and we didn't notice it right away.

Came in for a family event. Staff was super friendly, room was immaculately clean. Close to food, close to mall. Ample parking. Standard breakfast but was promptly stocked an looked after. No true complaints from us! Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in area for a family visit!

Hot water at breakfast was lukewarm. Hard to steep a good cup of tea with warm water. But if that is literally the only complaint then that speaks volumes!

The first room we stayed in was tucked away in the downstairs corner. Loved it. Unfortunately, the gear did not work in the room, so we were moved and upgraded (excellent!). The people above or next to us partied ALL night. They were loud and kept dragging furniture across the floor. I understand that it is a hotel, but we worked ALL day before going to a hotel to get away from the kids and craziness at home for relaxation. When I approached the front desk around 1 am, they seemed to act like I had five heads. Like they had no clue there was a major party going on; there was no denying this party being that someone or many someones have lost most of their drinks throughout the lobby, elevator, and hallway.

New, sleek, bright, clean, quiet hotel w/ hip and colorful decor, especially in the common areas (albeit the room decor was a bit minimal). Spacious rooms, friendly staff, ample breakfast buffet, and close to Legoland which was our destination.

The gym had neither free weights nor Nautilus-style equipment which was disappointing. Also the price was high as with other hotels nearby, which we assumed was the Legoland effect. Typically a hotel like this way out in the boonies would not be $250/night.

The breakfast was great! Variety of options and I love they were able to incorporate some hot food choices and not only "continential" which is the normal/default choice for free breakfast at hotels. The hands-off pancake maker was awesome!

They didn't have ice buckets - but there was an icemaker down they hall. Not sure how guests are supposed to carry ice, unless the idea was to fill one cup at a time/as-needed. BUT the front desk attendant did provide a bag so we could get a bunch of ice at once. I guess that may just be a cost-saving measure for the hotel overall, wasn't a big deal. Also not a big deal was no closet... they did have cool hanging knobs for coats on the wall and industrial-looking pole for hanging clothes. It was a space saving decision with a cool looking alternative solution - still very happy and please with the hotel!

Perfect location en route to our destination, comfortable rooms, we didn't stay long but overall everything was what we were looking for and have no complaints at all. Would recommend. The costs were reasonable too.

We didn't get to try the breakfast so can't comment here. The check in staff seemed unsure of one or two things but when I got to speak to the supervisor everything was resolved around check in. No issues.

The staff that checked us in were very friendly. The entire building was spotless, clean and well decorated. The TV was large, that was nice. We were in town for a funeral, and the hotels location was perfect.

The room was very expensive for the area. The breakfast was a disappointment and that is one main reason I booked there. There were no hand towels, only three large towels and two wash cloths. Atleast four towels should be a given. The cleaner knocked and entered my room at 9am. We were still sleeping!

We had a unplanned trip to NY from PA because our college age daughter was in the hospital. I found this hotel in the car on the way to NY. From the moment we checked in, till we left, we couldn't have been more pleased. The front desk clerk Linus was happy, super helpful, and once he found out the reason for our trip, offered any type of help or assistance that we might need during our stay. *I will add that we are frequent travelers, and we are very picky when it comes to lodgings and customer service- we have only before experienced this same level of helpfulness and great customer service at Disney World!* Our room was perfect for our needs. Simple but clean. The room had awesome shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ lotion options. Much better than typical hotels. This may not be a big thing, but in our circumstances where we were in such a rush to leave our house that we literally forgot everything, even toothbrushes, the offerings in the room were a blessing. The hotel even gave us toothbrushes! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. In what was a hard, stressful situation for us, they went above and beyond to help and make us comfortable- not only with accommodations but also helpfulness and kindness. Every single employee we encountered asked how we were and wished us a good day, or was incredibly helpful with questions we had- as we were unfamiliar with the area. I know this sounds incredibly simple or routine- but in our frequent travels, I can't tell you how rare it is! As a side note- we are also extremely picky about restaurants- Kazs Americana Diner is 5 mins away, and literally has some of the best food I have ever eaten!

Breakfast was good. Had a good selection of food, the room was comfortable. Only supplied with two towels for 4 people. Had to ask for more.

The parking was terrible mainly because of trucks and trailers, double parked even triple parked

Comfortable pillows, View, Showers Staffs are really friendly.

Cleanliness, there are leftovers inside the fridge, we are 4guests but we only have 2 towels, there are some trash in the trashcan. Breakfast is lacking in choices. Hope this review will help you guys do some improvement and we will still be happy to book and stay here.
